It took some time to find the accommodation, but in the end it was doable. The owner received us very friendly and spoke a nice word of Dutch. The explanation was extensive and clear, so we had no questions. During the week the owner was always easily accessible and we even got a bottle of cider. The environment is beautiful. You wake up in the morning with a great view from your bed. From the cottage you can do all kinds of things. We walked a lot in 4 days, visited the waterfalls of Coo, visited the caves of Remouchamps and drove a lot in the area .

We were very kindly received by the homeowner. It was very nice that the homeowner can speak and understand some English and Dutch. This made communication easier. The homeowners are very friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful and there are many fun things to do for which you do not have to travel far. The accommodation looked neat and is equipped with all basic facilities. We are very satisfied with our vacation.

We had the rest to us as "one and the rented accommodation was overall decorated with all mod cons. No lugging bed linen etc even the spices and sugar are supplied .I recommend it to all couples .ow yes and for the dog they were also very friendly.

Been warmly welcomed, extensive explanation of the accommodation. The space is a lot smaller than the photos make it seem, but room enough for 2. Unfortunately no seat available, but a TV. Fairly clean, on certain surfaces, however, a lot of dust and the kettle was full of limescale. Small balcony (unfurnished), terrace can be reached with a stone staircase. We found this to be a minus.Lots to do in the area, caves, animal park, beautiful walks and rivers. The towns are not that touristy.

The accommodation itself is simple but sufficient: a comfortable bed, a barbecue, and a nice kitchen. Although there is a large viaduct near the house, nature predominates. We were lucky "to be surrounded by fireflies and stars in the evening! The surroundings are beautiful and can be explored by bike. The host and hostess are very friendly and glad to give tips.

Great apartment with all basic amenities. Excellent bed. Very friendly owners. Particularly suitable as a base for beautiful walks in the area. From the apartment you can walk straight onto the network of hiking trails. They are very varied (difference in height, coniferous forest, deciduous forest, villages, then again a wide view) and certainly not crowded. Disadvantages: cycling on N roads is not very pleasant in the dark (although the Walloons drive well around you when overtaking) and parts of the routes are closed off due to hunting, especially at weekends. Well, that also brings you surprises.

This apartment in Sougné-Remouchamps can accommodate 2 people. Located on the ground floor of a stone house on a hill near a forest, this place has a light but fresh interiors, a private garden for relaxing with a barbecue for relishing good food and fresh air. It also offers a broad view over the Amblève-dale and is an ideal stay for couples.
Nearby you will find ample opportunities for hiking, cycling and kayaking and caves are 1.5 km away from the house, so you can devote a day to adventure. Enjoy a game of bowling only 500 m away and visit the sports centre and a swimming pool in Aywaille for enjoying a fun day out and battling the sun. Spa and Coo, Francorchamps and Liege are also great places for a day trip. Get daily supplies only 1.5 km away and visit restaurants at 2 km for exploring regional food as well.
