On the beautifully overgrown terrace there is a private jacuzzi as well as loungers and garden furniture. Here you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake and the adjacent sea. Along the lake you will find several restaurants and cafes within walking distance. When the water level drops in summer, small beaches form. A visit in the afternoon is particularly worthwhile as the water then has a beautiful color.

Activities nearby: Lake Kournas is the only freshwater lake on the entire island. It flows into the Mediterranean Sea via a small river near Georgioupolis - about eight kilometers away. There are several taverns on the eastern shore of the lake and you can rent pedal boats to explore the lake and its inhabitants: sea turtles, crabs, kingfishers, small snakes and various species of dragonflies. In Georgioupolis you will find a kilometer-long sandy beach to spend relaxing days swimming or taking long walks on the beach
