Very beautiful and clean apartment in a small cozy town. The small terrace was really good. We will recommend the local concerts and experiences during summertime.

Very nice apartment, everything is new and clean. Nice terrace with shade and sun. Setting is beautiful and medieval. Local bakery to buy tasty French breads. Had a great stay!

The landlords are very hospitable and try everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although it was a very warm summer, there was always a mild breeze in the evenings so that the temperatures in the apartment could be endured. The landlords have already said that they want to retrofit air conditioning. 36 degrees in Alsace are not commonplace either. The apartment was equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. There are 2 single beds and a double bed in the attic (2 rooms) and a large sofa bed in the living room. We really enjoyed the small terrace. We were allowed to park in the courtyard, but it is a very narrow entrance. There are still free parking spaces nearby. The apartment is located directly on the city wall and therefore very quiet, with a view of the vineyards. Dambach-la-ville is a small, medieval village, surrounded by a large city wall and several city gates. There are restaurants and shops, 2 bakeries are within easy walking distance. From here you can hike in the Vosges, cities such as Colmar, Strasbourg, Riquewhir are easy to reach. It was also just under an hour's drive to Europapark. There are old castle ruins, forests and towns with half-timbered houses everywhere. The landscape is very beautiful, especially shaped by the Vosges and vineyards. Many thanks to Sandra and Daniel

People very nice, house neat with good beds and a very well equipped kitchen. Spacious with a nice balcony. The only unexpected thing is that the village is also deserted in high season. Hotels and restaurants are permanently closed in several cases. Only restaurant in village only opens on Thursday. Supermarkets at a fifteen minute drive, villages with some restaurants a little further. No problem, but you would expect otherwise from the description.
