The apartment is a three-room apartment with an area of 60 m2, located on the elevated ground floor. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom for adults and a room for children, a bathroom, a balcony and a terrace. There is a parking space next to the apartment.
The apartment building was put into use in January this year 2023. It is located 100 m from the sea on a beautiful, wide beach. It includes video surveillance, access control systems and many other functions designed to ensure the safety of residents.
Rowy lies between the Baltic Sea on one side and Lake Gardno, which is part of the Slowinski National Park, on the other.
