Great value for money, Excellent for family vacationApartment is really close to the beach and old town, just 5-10 minutes walk (down the stairs), It is very spacious and sunny in the morning, Big terrace overlooking the garden and in distance view of the sea, Great for breakfast and late dinner, Spacious living and dining room combined in one with air con, Two big bedrooms and one small for a single person, with bathroom and second toilet are enough even for bigger groups, There are fans in every bedroom, Everything was clean and owner provided us lots of towels and toiletries, Owner (Mrs Jelena) provided us coffee, cold water and some juices, and she was available all the time,

Excellent and very comfortable stay for exploring Dubrovnik by foot,Fabulous location with easy access parking, Many reviews about the steps to the old town however, I’m in my mid 50’s and not particularly fit, I found the walk to and from town fine and worth the view, Apartment is spacious, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay including fast WI-FI which is a bonus compared to many places,

A lovely apartment for 5! Highly recommend!Wonderful location in a darling apartment, We stayed six nights, 7 minute walk down to Pile Gate, Lena was the absolute best host, Due to a ferry rebooking, we wound up coming 8 hours earlier and the poor thing was frantically cleaning when we arrived, Right on arrival, we got Jelena',s personal info and after that communication was excellent, Jelena would respond within minutes, She helped us with the dishwasher we could not start, and gave us an extra set of keys, and kept our bags after check out, Lena also brought homemade goodies by one afternoon, Relaxing large balcony overlooking the sea, I highly recommend this apartment and its host,

great accommodation, excellent value for moneyThe accommodation is close to the centre, above the town, reached via many steps, The flat is very clean and offers plenty of space, All cooking facilities and appliances are available in the modern kitchen, There are two toilets, The very spacious balcony (approx, 15 m2), where we sunbathed every day in the great October sun, deserves special mention, You look into a well-kept private garden and see the sea in front of you at some distance, It is quite quiet, The friendly host family also lives in the house and is always available to answer questions, We will gladly come again,

Clean, comfortable stay,The apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped, It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, in the kitchen you had a oven, grill and hob, Kettle, toaster and coffee machine, there was plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and mugs, glasses and plates, There was a dishwasher, There is one separate toilet and a bathroom with half bath and shower head, toilet, bidet and a washing machine, The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space, Living area consisted of settee, dining table with 4 chairs and a good size TV, There is a lovely balcony which is hardly overlooked and you have a view of the sea in the distance, There was plenty of towels and things like toilet rolls are provided, Again the hallway has plenty of storage for shoes, coats etc,,,, The location was about a 15 min walk either along a slightly hilly road or 214 steps to the main centre filled with bakeries, supermarkets, tourist information etc,,, but ok if you take your time, They was a little supermarket and bakery about 5 minutes walk away, Amazing views along the walks,

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4, Beautiful sea view from the balcony, The old town is a 15 minute walk, Great location with parking, leave your car and walk everywhere, There is a grocery store and cafe/restaurant within a 3 minute walk, Plenty of towels, and fully equipped kitchen, As in most of Europe, the air conditioner is in the living room, and the bedrooms get a little warm, but there are plenty of fans in the unit, The owners live in the apartment complex and are very helpful, When booking through booking,com be aware that you are not dealing directly with the owner, you are using a booking service, They will contact the owner to notify her of your arrival time,

Apartment Lena is located only 700 meters away from Old Town of Dubrovnik.
