We were in Costa Rei for the third time, the accommodations are clean and mostly simple, the on-site service is happy to help, it's not perfect, but sooo nice, we'll definitely be going again next year,

When we asked the property management for another accommodation, we were quickly and definitely dismissed, but the list of defects increased considerably after the first night: defective cistern, so there was water everywhere

We and friends wanted 2 apartments close to each other, that didn't work out, they were several kilometers apart, but we were able to change that on the spot, the apartment was not very well maintained: the tap in the kitchen was broken

The documents say that only Italian is spoken on site: German is also spoken fluently in the agency, the apartment was almost completely equipped with broken furniture, there is no storage space in the bathroom, it is not a facility
