Amazing terrace with pool and viewAmazing terrace with a lovely view and great pool, Seating both shaded and outside with sun loungers, We had an excellent stay here and I would totally recommend,\nThe family live next door to the apartment and they couldn’t have been more helpful, Absolutely any request we made, they did their best to meet, \nGood air con and excellent wifi connection, Big comfy beds, Well equipped kitchen, Nice touch of welcome beer, \nThey recommended restaurant Dundo Maroje and we had a lovely meal there, \nLots of people mention the steps but Dubrovnik is on a hill! You can choose to take a less steep walk home or get a Uber for 5 euros, \nIf we come back I would definitely stay here again - so nice coming back to the pool and terrace,

Just great!Really everything was nice about our stay here, but what made it a truly wonderful stay is how one can feel at home in the cozy garden and relax at the pool with a view over the city after a day exploring the old town, The hosts (it',s a family business) are wonderful people, helping with just anything,

Fantastic apartment with a fab terraceAbsolutely fantastic two bedroom air condition apartment in a lovely area at top of Dubrovnik which felt super safe area, fantastically clean apartment and bath and beach towels replaced part way through our holiday, Nicol and her family are fantastic and helped us so much, a big thank you to you all, taxi from and to airport was booked through nicol and she booked two trips for us last minute when we arrived as Viator messed us around, The pool and terrace were fantastic we would definitely come back, \nDubrovnik is beautiful we love Croatia, Thank you so much for making our holiday amazing,

The apartment was very spacious, beautifully furnished and spotless, The views from the 2 large bedrooms were amazing, The patio outside was large and well furnished, The pool was clean and a welcome site on a hot day, There were really comfy ratton settees and sun loungers to relax on, The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble and they even booked us a boat trip, Like everywhere in Dubrovnik there are a lot of steps and the apartment is best approached from the bottom rather than the top ask the taxi driver to drop-off at Gornji Kono, Would 100% recommend Nicol apartments and will definitely use again if we return,

Fab apartment with easy access to the old town, Great facilities including fast wifi, spacious rooms, lots of kitchen equipment &, a splash pool, A lovely welcome from the owners with beer, they do an easy airport shuttle run to get you to the apartment,
Dubrovnik is beautiful with lots to see, reasonably priced &, warm, Just be ready for the steep walk home each day, or Uber is cheap &, easy to use to get around, Cavtat well worth a visit as well as Lokrum &, the coastal path near Banje Beach,

We stayed at Apartment Nicol for a week to attend our daughters wedding, The apartment is spacious and if you don't mind hills and steps it is within walking distance of the old town, Nicol and her father did everything they could to make us welcome and we're always there but only if and when we needed them, The apartment has lovely views and is very clean and spacious, There is lots of fridge space for your cold drinks and there is a small supermarket a five minute walk away, Selling beers and wines as well as fresh bread and groceries, Although there are local buses we found it easier to walk or take taxis, I even walked to Lapad twice but it took me nearly an hour and is not recommended in the mid day heat The main harbour is only about half an hour away on foot, The only downside is the number of steps but that is a feature of all Dubrovnic not just this apartment,

After island Hopping this was our last stay, WE picked the property for the pool although only a large swimming pool great to take a dip and cool off, Greeted with a Welcome drink and a map on arrival by the lovely Nicol and her Mother, Apartment spacious and very clean, Great location only a 5 minute walk to the walls of Dubrovnik, taxi was worth it for the ride back up as there are many steps, Would definitely return, great hospitality, Are stay was only 3 nights and they even gave us fresh towels,:-)

Nice appartment with a beautiful seaview, Its clean and well-equiped, The owners are very polite and hospitable, The garden is beautiful with roses and grapes, There's a nice swimmingpool for the kids, In front of this appartment you have your own terrace where you can sit and eat, The location is perfect, In 15 minutes you walk downstairs to the old town, There's a lot to see and to do, Visit one of the old buildings or take the boat to the Island Lokrum, And upstairs you're in a 5 minutes walk at the starting point to the climb to the fort on the mountain (with an amazing view of the old town),

Very pleasant and helpful hosts, Lovely terrace with sun loungers and chairs overlooking the sea, Small pool but mostvwelcome for a relaxing dip after sightseeing ,
Welcome drinks and other provided during our stay, Hosts organised 3 Island trios for us, Pick up about 300m fro apartment, Many steps down to old town around 400, but it is possible to walk along road , slightly further but easier,
Very good well equipped rooms , very clean with linen changed during our 6 night stay ,
If using a car, access to garage is not easy because of very narrow street , host helps with parking ,
We had a really pleasant stay and would use again if in the area,

We had a most enjoyable stay at apartment Nicol- our host was a very kind and warm gentleman who was very helpful and gave us a lift to the airport, The apartment was very spacious and clean, towels were changed every second day and the bin was changed every day, It is about 15 minutes walk from the old city down a lot of steps- however we always got the bus back- we got the No 3 to Habranga 5 which was across the road from a supermarket which was quite good, Or better still if we went on a further 2 stops we got off at Magistrala1 ,crossed the road and down the steps to our apartment,

Buchung hat wunderbar geklappt, Kommunikation bezüglich privatem Parkplatz im Vorfeld war sehr gut und das Feedback immer sehr rasch da,
Die Zimmer (Wohnzimmer mit Küche (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer-Couch, 100cm Flat-TV, etc,), Vorraum, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten) waren sauer, Das Appartment verfügt über 2 Klimaanlagen zur individuellen Steuerung der Zimmertemperatur, Das Badezimmer inkl, Dusche ist sehr eng und schon ein wenig älter,
Wir hatten eine private Garage (ink, Garagentor mit eigenem Schlüssel) vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen - damit haben wir uns viel Geld erspart, Vorsicht bei der Zufahrt zum Appartment (Garage) die Strasse ist sehr eng und in die Garage kommt man nur wen man seine Auto beherrscht, Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (z,B,: Begrüßung-Bier, bzw, Unterstützung beim Einparken in die Garage), Nach 2 Tagen haben Sie die Handtücher gewechselt und täglich die Betten gemacht und auch ein wenig sauber gemacht (bin ich sonst bei Appartments nicht gewohnt), Den Schwimming-Pool und die Terrasse samt Essplatz im Freien haben wir nicht benutzt,
Das Appartment ist auf jedem fall weiter zu empfehlen!

Good apartment with Sea View close to the Old Town! Very good apartment to a family - good space!
The owners where very helpful and give us a lot of tips what to visit and when it was the best time to do it, We saved a lot of time because that!
When we arrived in the evening the owner meet us at the street and help us with the parking, And when we came in to the apartment he treat us something good to drink, Very nice after a long trip to Dubrovnik!
We look foward to come to this place agaian!

Apartments Nicol are located 900 meters from Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town.
Common furnished terrace as well as outdoor seasonal swimming pool is at your disposal, which is just perfect for a nice and relaxing family or friends vacation.

The apartments can located on the left hand side upon entering Dubrovnik from the direction of the Dubrovnik airport which is 17 km away.
This two bedroom apartment is air-conditioned with a terrace overlooking the sea and features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as a LCD TV. The open space living room comes with a sofa and sitting area , and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer.
