This luxury villa is located on the edge of the seaside resort of De Koog, near the beach and forest. Inspired by the typical Texel sheepfold, the villa offers a wonderful view of the south-facing garden. This is an absolutely top-of-the-line house with a unique and tasteful interior.

The spacious living room features a sitting area with a fireplace, smart TV, and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for six. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, steam oven, dishwasher, Quooker, and coffee maker.
There is one bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with two rain showers and a double sink. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. These bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and bathtub. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds, and the bedrooms on the first floor have a TV. The beds are made as standard, and towels are provided.

The living area opens directly onto the terrace through sliding doors. The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture. There's also a trampoline for the kids. There's a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ. The wood-fired hot tub is available year-round. Enjoy the wonderful smells, the sounds of nature, the flaming wood fire, and the stars in the sky. The garden is enclosed, partly with a fence and partly with a natural "Texel garden wall."

This is a zero-energy home. A washing machine, dryer, and children's furniture are available. Free Wi-Fi and additional German channels are available. A free charging station for electric cars and bicycles is also available. The villa is heated and cooled by a heat pump. Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a comfortable temperature even in summer.

Upon arrival, you will receive a voucher for one bag of firewood and one bag of charcoal for use with the fireplace, hot tub, and BBQ. Additional bags can be purchased at the Total gas station in De Koog. You can also order Big Bad firewood with your reservation.
