Great value for money, This loft is perfect for a family of 4 to 6 members, It can be a bit noisy to sleep on the ground floor because the apartment is next to the street, but the basement rooms are very well insulated, The apartment has been recently renovated and is clean, Just drop your stuff and enjoy (enough bath towels provided, extra cushions available in the wardrobes etc,,,)

We had a pipe burst in the building that flooded part of the apartment on the first night. We couldn't get in touch with absolutely anyone in charge of the house, neither at the phone numbers provided by Belvilla, nor with the owner, nor with the people in charge of the apartment, absolutely NOBODY. We contacted the French police for help in such a situation, and they suggested we look for a plumber. So we did, in Paris, early Friday morning, with what that impliedâ€¦ We paid a bill of over â‚¬700 out of our own pocket, and the problem could not be solved. After more than 30 calls (all to numbers in different countries, not one in Spanish) and a sleepless night, at 10:00 AM the next day, we managed to contact the company representatives. As of today, October 6, they are still investigating what happened. Not only were our 4-day vacation in Paris ruined with minors and two people nearly 80 years oldâ€¦ but we advanced money to solve a problem that was not ours. Nobody cared about us for the rest of the days. The apartment below was uninhabitable due to the unbearable humidity! Thank goodness we managed in English and French, but I can't imagine what would have happened to a family that didn't understand anything at all. A disaster, inhumane, degrading. We have to wait a few more weeks to see what they (I don't know who) or the owner, or the rental companies of the apartment, or whoever decides, to reach a solution and reimbursement of what we paid. I do not recommend renting ANYTHING that does not have 24-hour emergency contacts in your language. Involved companies: Belvilla, Chechmyguest, Vrbo (the only ones who have contacted us by phone to date), the "owner" of the apartment. We feel completely abandoned, a true disaster. Of course, if it is not resolved as it shouldâ€¦ legal action will be taken.
