We got our key from the key box. Was uncomplicated. The fresh linen was welded on the beds and we could refer them immediately. We felt like home. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beautiful terrace we could not use due to the weather unfortunately. Hopefully the next time. We will definitely come back :-)

The apartment was fantastic. Modern furnishings, neat and clean. The beds were not super but good to do. What a pity was that you had to buy a Sauerland card on arrival at a 10 euro pp while we actually did not use it. Furthermore, we had a very nice midweek in beautiful surroundings.

Great stay! Lots to achieve and do within walking distance. To the slopes handy to go by car. Just a little too far with skis and so on to walk that stretch.

On arrival we had to call. The number in the Belvilla paper was not the right, but on the information of the apartments also had a number. Further fine ontvangst.Het was a neat flat and big enough even for 4 people. The apartment which is very sterile, coffee assists the first time, and for example dishwashing soap was not aanwezig.Verder a nice place on the edge of Winterberg, and fairly close to the center.

We had a very nice holiday. Our apartment was clean when we arrived, there was nothing to criticize. (Only the night light was broken in the nursery but we solved by putting additional light). Only thing was that we only got the key 15 you and that we had from last day at 10 "in the morning. Everything else just fine!

It was the 2nd time we were here, excellent apartment and modern, unfortunately this time a lot of "flaws" such as a broken umbrella, broken chair, broken sofa, door handle of the bathroom. Hygiene was also not at its best. Despite that, we made the best of it. There is plenty to do in the area

Apartment is conveniently located in a beautiful area with a variety of excursion possibilities. Receipt and key handover went smoothly. Decor was fun and practical. It was clean on the whole, but there was a thick layer of dust under the double bed. On two beds were missing the mattress protectors that apparently were in the laundry and only three days later were brought. Lamp above dining table defective and lamp behind TV broken off. The first is replaced the third day. The second one was not at all because it was waiting for an electrician. The inventory did offer everything you need, but it was not complete.

On arrival no receipt and no form on the Info board. After waiting for a while, the manager called and immediately received the instruction as to which apartment we could move in. Nice house, fully equipped. We were there in the summer and there were almost no other guests in the apartment building and it was quiet. Good location in Winterberg . Everything is close by, you can easily walk to the center. The Aldi is 800 meters away. From the cottage you can make nice walks, including the Ruhrquelle or the gorge in Winterberg.Wifi is reasonable in speed but is often interrupted.

The apartment is spacious. Cozy terrace \/ balcony to sit on. There is everything in the neighborhood. Internet worked fine and the TV did you think I did almost all Dutch TV channels. Also you could receive Dutch radio stations. great place to come back. The dog was also expected. You could grab food bowl and basket from the storeroom.

We have wonderful walks in the beautiful surroundings, cozy shopping center in what was only a 10 minute walk to the terraces and a choice of restaurants. When pancake Brabant we ate a delicious dutch pancake, really recommended. Enjoyed also luxury apartment with all comforts and lovely sofa and chairs.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of downtown. We have walked a lot with our daughters. Plenty to do. Have just missed the microwave for warming the baby food.
