It accommodates two people and features a separate double alcove bedroom with an exterior window and a green-glazed antique French door leading to the living room. An additional sleeping space is located in the living room.

The entire apartment is furnished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. It features a shower room with a hairdryer, a small kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a 3-star refrigerator, a microwave, a large flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, a coffee machine, a kettle, fine crockery and glassware, free telephone and Wi-Fi, and parking for cars and bicycles.
