This really nice holiday home is located in the yard of a horse farm in the 'Friese Wouden'. It is cosily furnished and very suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. The area is ideal for beautiful bike rides through the Frisian nature. The forest of Bakkeveen is close by where you can take wonderful walks with lunch or dinner afterwards. Surhuizum is adjacent to Surhuisterveen, where there are supermarkets and many other shops. Enjoy beautiful nature reserves such as the Westerkwartier and National Park Lauwersmeer. A walk on the nearby sandy paths that run through the meadows is also recommended. (Frisian) horses are kept on the grounds. In addition, there are many more animals to be found, including goats, alpacas, birds, donkeys and rabbits. From the holiday home you have a view of the farmlands and the animals. This way you can relax. The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. The spacious bright living area has a cozy sitting area with a pallet stove and a kitchen with modern appliances.
