What a wonderful holiday with the entire family from grandchildren to great-grandma who turned 90 during this holiday, and the 2 dachshunds of course. The location and the house are perfect to celebrate a great holiday, especially the weather cooperated with us. On arrival, a team was busy with the last matters of cleaning. Well received by Olivier the owner who gave a very good service and came to clean things daily. We had 1 broken hand blender that was replaced immediately the next day. Dirt was taken out every two days. The pool was kept at a wonderful temperature and the jacuzzi was wonderful for the cooler evenings. Equipment etc in the kitchen more than enough often just double present. Beds / bedrooms more than good; clean and good beds. Each room had a bathroom which was loved by everyone, were clean and tidy. Can go on for a long time, but for the price that seems like a lot of money at once, what you get is cheap, don't forget you have to divide this by 22 then there remains a price per person, a more than reasonable price ..... and what you get for it is a beautiful house with swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna with a relaxation room with table tennis. are reported which in my opinion are completely untrue and outside reality and are not correct. The fact that she's posting this has to be a very bad joke or it's a whole family of top notch bastards, a hundred spiders in a bath it says then you understand that they are total, I can't help but indicate that they are just lying (I've been there - this is not true at all, and you can fill in the rest ...... We had a great holiday and will come back here, hope there is room because already saw that it is reasonable for next year is full, and with the whole family the same pe

Just had a lot of fun. Everything is present in the kitchen, in the rooms, in front of the swimming pool. Sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. Olivier is a nice and friendly man. The kids have had a good time. Wonderful environment. We are from Rotterdam so ... We will definitely come back again.

This place is just what you need for a fun trip with friends! Plenty of room for everyone, the kids loved the trampoline and play area, Clean and well-kept, plus the sauna was a nice touch after a long day out, We even managed to visit some local spots like the Feudal Castle, which was super close, Would def come back again

The house is equipped with everything you need for temporary living. The pictures and the equipment correspond to the description. Only the table tennis equipment should be renewed (table tennis table, net and racket).

This villa is the ultimate squad getaway! Heated pool was a whole vibe, and the outdoor space? Perfect for chilling and snapping pics, The kitchen is stocked—made brunch lit! Just 13 km to the river for some sunbathing, 10/10 would recommend

Villa Otium is really as it states in the folder. Imagine yourself on the hotel but equipped with a homely family family atmosphere, all comfort, very welcoming, daily maintenance of jakuzzi and sauna, tastefully decorated and super beds. Very neat to stay where pets are allowed!

We have been a long weekend in the house with 18 adults. A very nice house with everything you need. The jacuzzi was very pleasant and worked fine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are fine. Then there is the beautiful view of the "Sound of Music" scenery. A pleasant house in a beautiful setting. The welcome and farewell was nice.
