Fantastic house with great amenities. We were not short of anything. Lots of bathroom amenities. Swimming pool a few steps from the back door. Large backyard where the children could play and play football. Friendly owners, they came during the stay to refill wood for the bbq and even bring pears. The children really enjoyed seeing a tractor and excavator at work and they enjoyed watching the sheep and donkeys every day. Half an hour's drive from the coast.

Super stay, very friendly welcome and everything we needed was present (even some basic necessities such as salt, olive oil, tea, etc), The chalet itself is quite basic but cozy, you are super fast in nature and you can take nice walks make in the area, Highly recommended!

We stayed in the house for a week with 17 people. The house is well equipped. We especially liked the bathrooms in the bedrooms. The pool is a community pool, but it is only used by 3 houses. We have therefore always found a time for sole use. The sauna has seen better days and is a bit small. We'd love to come back.

We were with 3 families and had a great holiday. The owner has received us very friendly and came to us with concerns very much. The smell was a bit hard to get used to, as it is an old house (did not affect the holiday). Recommendation 100%

Ideal holiday home for holding a family gathering. We were there for a wedding anniversary with 10 adults and 7 grandchildren between 3 and 10 years old. Everyone has a great time and of course the children in the indoor pool. There was play material on the spot and also the kitchen was very well equipped and with adequate comfort also additional fridge and freezer in the basement that were already on temperature on arrival. Also very friendly owners who live in a separate building.

The house has a beautiful garden and is situated in a nice area, but also quiet. You can hear the proximity of the motorway, but it is not at all (very) disturbing. The house itself is charming, but has some drawbacks: - some rooms were not accessible for someone with a wheelchair or quite difficult.- The beds are not only fairly small, but are unpleasant to sleep in. The first night the majority of a family of 18 people slept badly through the bed. - The rooms are next to each other, but are poorly insulated. By this I mean that the people in the adjacent rooms could hear and follow your conversation so that you had no privacy. - Rooms were difficult to ventilate because there was only one small window that you could open. - The presence of swimming pool and infrared cabin is certainly pleasant, but there were some electronics that no longer worked. The owners are very friendly people and accessible if you want to report a problem or need help. Despite the negatives, I think the house is a must. The spaces are pleasant and large. In terms of kitchen equipment and frigas, everything is there and the separate showers and toilets in the rooms are certainly a plus. I just wouldn't stay there longer than a midweek.

Beautiful 250 year old farmhouse. Creatively are 9 2-seater realized bedrooms compliment to the owner! Very homey atmosphere and good equipment (kitchen utensils and plenty!). Nice touch with the owners. Also just always just looking for a thrilling home with its stairs and corridors to find your room ...

Beautiful location and ideal if you have to stay with 9 colleagues. The biggest plus is that each room has its own bathroom. It is a very nice house for large groups with several living rooms, a large dining table and a large terrace outside. located in a green area with sheep and donkeys, among other things, the house is a bit close to the highway, the rooms were very clean and the beds are lovely, we also enjoyed the swimming pool and the sauna. less friendly and hospitable From the first moment the additional costs that could only be paid in cash were asked, please note this when booking as this is not indicated anywhere. We stayed there with colleagues and through the company we do not make cash payments . The owner gave as justification that he did not have to pay tax and the commission to Belvilla. Fine for them, but less fine for us. In addition, a paper was pushed under my nose that I had to sign stating that they are not responsible for risks in the swimming pool. Understandable. However, there was a much more detailed set of rules on the paper Ao € 25 fine for not picking up your bed on departure, that the dishwasher had to be cleared before departure and that even electricity was charged based on usage after the stay. These rules are nowhere to be read online and therefore came as a surprise, besides that it is anything but hospitable of course.Contacted directly with Belvilla who could confirm that it is not allowed to charge extra costs for electricity and the like.In short, if we received something more hospitable this stay would have been great .. Very unfortunate because we greatly enjoyed the house itself.

The location is nice and well received by the reception. Lots of play and living space. Separate waste processing is poorly regulated. More containers must be placed. Certainly in hot weather !!!

Unfortunately we couldn't drive at all, because we are a residential group of youth welfare and more than half of the "passengers" had Corona. Unfortunately, after a call two weeks before the trip and the promise of a call back for the purpose of a possible rebooking or partial cancellation, nothing happened. It was only when we were asked on the day of arrival when we would arrive that it became clear that no processing had taken place. After calling again, I was told that the first call was undocumented. That's why we can't rate anything. We paid, we didn't see a house, we didn't experience any concessions. Pity!!!!

Very nice property near Bruges. Spacious bedrooms with en suite shower room. We stayed here with five families, the pool was a highlight for the kids! Pity the ping pong table is outside. Catered accommodation with plenty of room for everyone. The only disadvantage that we had problems with were the Dutch narrow beds.

With children, supporters, grandparents a long weekend in this lovely cottage. Were most kindly received by the enthusiastic owners. The pool was present for the kids and a very welcome outcome for the older among us was the short distance to Bruges very attractive. In conclusion still delicious eaten in the restaurant nearby St Peter's Field. In short, a lovely weekend, location is definitely worth repeating.

We have a wonderful week spent in Good den Bogaerde with 4 families including six children. Trips to Bruges, Ghent can be combined with a day at the beach (25 minutes by car). Beernem from very good For the children there is plenty of space around the house to play outside and the pool is used extensively. Highly recommended for a fun weekend / week with friends
