The villa has a private swimming pool with a counter-current swimming system (the person swims on the spot which makes the swimming pool artificially become as large as an Olympic swimming pool). It also has a fenced garden with comfortable seating and a barbecue for an enjoyable evening. The property is close to shops, restaurant, cafe, barely or even less than a 10 minute walk away. You can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding nature and the sea from the terrace and also have the ability to use a telescope to see the stars at night. You will also find pool games and a modern massage chair for the neck and back. There is a peaceful and quiet place with shaded parking spaces outside, good quality free Wi-Fi and a connected Smart TV. Note: The air conditioning is optional (20 euros / day).
