Upon arrival a friendly reception by the manager. The road to the house was in not too good condition but this is compensated by the location and the excellent accommodation. We have 2 weeks enjoyed this wonderful house and the stunning views of the vineyards and Ziano. The environment is very nice and the people very friendly. A nice place to experience the real Italy. Plenty of opportunities to do shopping and discover the local cuisine and of course enough good wine in this area. Definitely worth a good (quiet) holiday in this house and surroundings.

The house is fantastic!! Never encountered such a complete inventory. The upstairs terrace is wonderful to sit with a super nice view. House is quiet but also fairly close to amenities such as groceries (10 minutes by car). If we have to mention a disadvantage, it is it path to it, good to drive in drought (even without a 4-wheel) but with wet it becomes very difficult. The path is about 600 meters so you can also walk if necessary. And luckily the owners can help if you unexpectedly get stuck Restaurant BellaVista is recommended, very tasty local pastas that are handmade by the lady of the house. Her husband is kindness itself and has beautiful stories about his life. In terms of trips, go for a walk at the reservoir, visit Piancenza. The outlet at Fidenza was disappointing, many very expensive brands and really only clothing stores. Fidenza itself is certainly fun to visit.

We had "sent us a text on the day of arrival to tell us what time we would be with the caretaker. She was already waiting for us and drove us to the accommodation. She showed us where everything could be found. The help of her English speaking daughter was welcome. The accommodation was exactly as presented on the site of Topic Travel: spacious, bright, beautiful view, almost fully equipped. The house is located just in the wine region, has a view of the Apennines on one side and on the other side a view (over the first hills) of the Po plain and even in clear weather even the Alps. The village of Ziano has a nice, relaxed atmosphere and has the most important facilities.Great starting point for visiting towns and villages in the Too bad that the windows on the upper floor have no mosquito nets, that made it difficult to ventilate without letting in flies and wasps, unless there was a strong breeze, lots of privacy and space on all sides of the house and so on. n / shadow to sit. Once I had a very heavy rain shower, in combination with the strong wind that caused water to penetrate, so that was a mopping.

The arrival was good. The administrator's daughter happily speaks (only) what English and that makes the communication a lot easier. The dirt path to the house is a drama in the rain. Then there is no possibility to drive (except with a Jeep or similar) and you have to leave your car on the street. Which of course is not an option with your messages. Furthermore, I was injured on my foot and then you are in bad weather just locked in the house. That is really something to take seriously into account. Especially for those who want to go in the spring or autumn. Then certainly not suitable for people who have some worse mobility. House itself is fine and fully equipped. View is very beautiful. Bed in the downstairs bedroom is short for people who are taller than 1.85m. Costs for renting linen is out of proportion, € 15.00 per person per week. We had to pay € 60.00 at the end of the holiday. Before arrival, 1 double bed was covered with a fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases and a bedspread and there were 2 large and 2 small towels. This has been exchanged once during our 2-week holiday. So I would always bring a sheet and some things myself and take a few towels with me. There is a washing machine so you can wash it out yourself. (I had done that myself with the towels from the house!) Also the electricity costs of € 10.00 per day with the final bill are disappointing. Why does not this just be discounted in the rent? Now you get a final charge of € 140.00 electricity costs, € 60.00 costs of the linen and € 75.00 cleaning costs, so in total € 275.00. Also something to keep in mind that you have to pay that in cash at the end of the holiday. The environment is beautiful and much less touristy than you would expect (so note that relatively few people who speak anything other than Italian, only menus in Italian in the

The house and the place were delicious. The incredibly serene rest we needed. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we were forced to go home one week earlier, hence it would be quite different. The overall appreciation is therefore emotional

We had a wonderful week at Casa Magnano. The house is beautifully situated and has several seating areas (inside and outside), so there is always a good place to enjoy the sun or the shade. The relief on the spot (Italian only) is extremely welcoming and attentive. We had one rainy day and then the path to the cottage is actually impassable by the soil conditions (a kind of loamy clay), the administrator has previously taken appropriate action, it is advisable to bring along a pair of boots. The house is situated in a valley of vineyards of the local cava (recommended to go down there!), There farming can thus take place & gt for us was however not disturbing iets.Zeker worth mentioning is the brick oven pizza which they themselves " s can bake very fun to do!

A beautiful house and a beautiful location. Plenty to see in the area. During our holiday it was very hot (35 degrees). Then it's too hot to walk and miss you a little pool to cool off. In a village close do offer an pool. But then of course you can not bring a pet (and we had with us). Almost all rivers were dry. Much stock in the house where you may use. A visit to the local winery (Molinelli) is certainly worthwhile. A beautiful area where not many tourists and you can enjoy the Italian atmosphere and the Italian food. Second bedroom in open communication with the home \/ study \/ TV room upstairs. So no privacy if you are wanting. However a magnificent view! Upstairs is likely especially in hot times less relax. Wifi is doing both in and around the home fine.

A house with terraces for every weather. Also covered, with magnificent views over the vineyards. In the middle of an environment where it is also good walking over beaten and barren vineyards. Both the lower and upper floor are well equipped with furniture and plenty of natural light. You think you just outside. Further, the equipment of kitchen with matching cookware, cutlery etc. to name. Outstanding and excessive You have to keep the peace, then this is an ideal place

We spent a relaxing, quiet week in Ziano. The homeowner as well as the manager couple who looked after just fine to us and in the house everything was fine. The views, the quiet (except for the working wine growers) have done very well. If you love nature this is the place. The house is a gem and well equipped. In the town itself there is not much to explore, but small bars for an espresso one to delve deeper into the Italian way of life.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, modern house with all amenities and plenty of space. All you can need is present, and more. We enjoyed the expansive views from the terrace and nice trips in the area. Parma, Piacenza, Pavia, Grazziano Visconti, cozy, typical Italian places nearby. After your trip, you can relax in the nice garden, with an Italian wine from the region that the owner had put on arrival, a good book and a view of the vineyards of the area. Ready for you The house is a little outside the village, completely free. The dirt road is there the first two times it just a challenge, but it gets used. Highly recommended!

We knew, that there was no swimming pool, but it would have been nice, if there has been just a small one to use on very hot summer days after driving around in the area

The house is really very beautiful, nothing is missing. Even has its own brick oven pizza there. The area is gorgeous, and very quiet - except for the tractors, the occasional evening of morgends to drive around in the vineyards and make lot of noise. Au à·¾ rhalb times the intensive management of the wine it's probably the most beautiful. R nWe have nevertheless felt very comfortable.
