There are 6 hectares of land around the farm where guests can walk in the vineyards and woods. The agriturismo with 4 flats has beautiful views and has been carefully restored, maintaining the typical features of a Tuscan farmhouse. There are playground equipment, a bocce ball court and a table tennis table.

Top location. Nice swimming pool, quiet area, very nice owners Elisa Nezario. Apartment spacious and clean with air conditioning. Recommended for families with children wn as a base for trips such as Siena, Florence, Greve, Chianti and so on.

Very nice characteristic apartment managed by an elderly very hospitable couple, they speak some English. Do not expect luxury but there is an oven, stove, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer, TV and good wifi. It is located in a very quiet area, about 1 km from the village.

Great beautiful place! The apartment is simple but very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention. The owner is an artist and it shows. The pool is beautiful and overlooks the valley. The owners (couple) are wonderfully nice and helpful. You can walk to the village and back and we were allowed to pick figs and also get sage and basil from the garden. I believe you can also order things for breakfast at the reception and you can have your laundry done. A really lovely place! We will be back for sure! A few points of attention: the lighting is not optimal. There is big light, but no small bulb or mood lighting. There is a twilight lamp in the sleeping loft, but it didn't. So we bought two tea light holders ourselves and put on cozy candles "in the evening. Another downside is that the apartment is adjacent to another, and the wall is very thin. But that is only sometimes a bit noisy in the evening because further is you mainly outside. And in the bedroom you heard nothing. A tip for the owner could be to apply a little more insulation there, also in the floor of the attic, which is a bit above that apartment. the standing table lamp can go down and the small lamp can be placed in the attic :-)

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Elisa and Nazario are very loving hosts and fulfill every wish. The area is very well maintained, you feel right at home. The pool area is very nice! The surrounding landscape is great, with a nature reserve nearby. From an apartment you have a view of part of the nature reserve and the Arno Valley.

We had a lovely warm holiday (For Tuscan concepts too hot 42 gr.) Our app. was romantically decorated, the specifications did leave something to be desired, but otherwise everything was clean. The owners, very nice people. What was a major advantage in the field, but cheers 4 families staying, so that was excellent.

Beautiful weather, beautiful scenery, nice house, nice pool, hospitable, so much to see and do in the area, in short all the ingredients to have a fantastic holiday! And that was it, we enjoyed our stay at Le Balze and would recommend it to everyone!

The road to it was tricky to find but that was quickly forgotten upon arrival at location. We found a devastatingly beautiful secluded Podere. Wonderful house in Tuscan style with very friendly host family. Nice place between grapes and olive trees. Wonderful space to relax, enjoy the view and share in local customs. It was October, and so plenty of grape picking time and fun to do (of course it does not!) Great place to come for a day trip Florence, home Lucca, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena. A day to stay at home is also delicious. Kotom, the possibilities are endless.

What the owners are incredibly nice and super friendly people. They really do everything possible to please please. Provide a thousand times their excuse when it rains three splashed accidentally. I can only say one thing, even though it would have been to speak a dump, then they make you forget this soon. And the environment, one town more beautiful than the other. Florence (half an hour by train), Sienna, Arezzo, Lucca, greve too many to mention. everything is so beautiful. Only just watch what you eat or drinken.de Prices vary per town Ogal really. From normal to super expensive. But we enjoyed anyway. gr. Seal

Tip from the houseowner

The farm is located one kilometer and a half from the village of Pian di sco ', a small, quiet village with three restaurants and craft shops, the country is not purely touristy but there is a beautiful church and nearby you can visit some typical villages and castles, for those who want to reach the art cities of the location is ideal and is close to the new high fashion out.let the mall. The last mile of road to get here is a typical Tuscan country road, all flat and paved to a single lane, but not too busy and don't worry the local people will leave you the streat, and you will come to enjoy our great view. Choose our farm if you are a quiet family, in search of relax and nature lovers, instead you will find horses and a nice pony. Our 'farm is not ideal for too noisy families looking for an holiday vacation resort.
