Beautiful villa with all accessories. Beautiful view of both the mountains and the sea. Lovely swimming in the pool. The villa is well located. Within a 10-minute drive you are already in the center of Moraira. Major shopping centers and other villages can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The landlords are also very professional, flexible and easy to reach.

We enjoyed a week in this beautiful house! The house is located on top of a mountain in a large villa area. Because it is high you have beautiful views of both the valley and the sea. (Rental) car is really a requirement to get there. The reception was pleasant in Dutch and the house and pool are super clean and fully equipped. Recently air conditioners have been placed in both bedrooms, very nice. In the area there is plenty to do in terms of beaches, pleasant towns, etc. You can do your shopping at the bottom of the mountain (5 min by car). All in all we really enjoyed it and we would return again. Already homesick!

Villa Renate is a lovely house, spacious enough for four people with two bathrooms and two living areas. It was even more beautiful and bigger than we thought. The view of the valley and on the other hand the sea was beautiful. The pool was lovely to cool down with that heat regularly. The supermarket and the beach were 10 minutes drive by car. Walking or cycling was not too dangerous, too heavy, because you sat on a mountain. The managers Els and Jacco are very friendly people who have arranged everything well. Overall, this villa is highly recommended!

Reception is perfect, Anette is friendly and helpful.
The house is in perfect condition, there are loose items around the house such as broken garden lamps and a broken chair.
The wifi is downright bad and keeps dropping out, if you connect a chromecast to the TV it drops out all the time.
The house is clean inside and out, however, the windows deserve a wash, these are really dirty, perhaps forgotten by the cleaning service.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and mature so plenty of privacy and the pool is super.
The area is quiet, although we are here in June and not in high season, but steep, you can forget about walking here.
We have been renting a different house in Spain every year for years and there is something to criticize everywhere, but it will not negatively affect the holiday.
In short, a nice house that I think is well priced.

What a magnificent location! House is clean and in order. Swimming pool blissful and well maintained. You are also not bothered by the neighbors (no insight from the neighbors). Nice reception too. No negatives, just need a car for everything because of the very steep roads :)

excellent reception, house is completely as stated in the description. Only, the WIFI is NOT in accordance with the website, the bunel is not per week, but per period (and what the period is not clear). When we arrived the bundle was already used and we only had a very slow internet connection during the 2 weeks!

The arrival was a bit scared, the road to Cumbra del Sol was steep and there seemed to be no end .......... once upon a time that changed quickly. A beautiful villa in a beautiful spot with all the comfort and a swimming pool.

A nice holiday home located in a nice quiet area.
Unfortunately, the holiday pleasure was taken away from us from the very beginning up to and including departure (despite endless attempts to make the latter run smoothly) due to the incredibly disappointing service of the manager or Belvilla.
We therefore recommend renting the house through another provider and not including any extras such as bed linen, baby chair or cot, pet, etc. in the reservation. These are not present at the location and the pet can also be passed on on site.

the garden is not maintained, unusable and looks like a fallow property is presented as fenced on the descriptive but the access is not closed by a gate cleaning before our arrival was very poorly done (hair and dust a little everywhere ... etc) although we paid 80 euros of obligatory cleaning the air conditioning exists only in the living room and blows of the lukewarm air! the absence of instructions for use of the appliances in the villa where everything is written in German makes the existing equipment unusable (the English would be a minimum) presence of damaged dishes in the kitchen cupboards and to finish the electricity that is paying for all it is also we who regulate that which is used by the pump of filtration of the water of swimming pool and the ventilations of the subsoil when we do not have access to it, profitability above all for the owner, six years we rent in La Cumbre del Sol and it's unheard of, we have always been accustomed to really much better! rental to avoid for those who like comfort and not have any nasty surprises.

Fantastisce holiday had in this villa. We were 2 people in the 4 or 5 persons villa and thus had space enough. We can daytime sit out in the sun or under the canopy on the terrace. The car stood up neatly next to the house on their own path. All in all a top holiday and location

2nd time by car to Villa Renata Benitachell. Now, after the brilliant conversion. For the renovation we were pleased but it was superb. Also on enlargement with WIFI we were very content. The pool was again delicious. In the vicinity are on different days cozy markets we have visited. We have three lovely ladies a week behind. It was a beautiful villa which was really fully equipped. equipped with all comforts (including dishwasher, washing machine, over, microwave, plate grill, barbecue) .The house was neat and well maintained, very friendly reception by Jacco and Els.Prachtige environment, no dissonance. For people who want a week of rest Villa Renata in Benitachell.

The peace prevails in Cumbre del Sol, unbelievable, nothing v sounds despite the many houses are there! The villa has everything it takes Fri an enjoyable stay. The pool is perfect and clean. We had a beautiful view over the sea left and right over the mountains, the front is another cottage, visibility hampers a little but did not bother us echt.Een car is a must to explore the bays and beaches. We succeeded, cala Andrago is not in the books but is a fine nice, small, quiet beach in Moraira within a 10 minute drive from Benitachell, with a super restaurant on the beach! no protocol, bikinis or bare feet .... you can go there in the afternoon and evening and the staff is super friendly !!!!!

A pleasant welcome by the keyholder. The house looked very neat and clean looking. Good and comprehensive inventory. We felt right at home. Despite the size of the Cumbre del Sol you got there no bother, it was tasty rustig.Supermarkt 5 km, 7 days a week and offers a comprehensive range. Delicious eaten at a few restaurants in the area (with real tablecloths). had a great holiday.

This nice and quiet vakantiehuis.Het house is well above the berg.Jammer you only from 11:00 Sun can genieten.Het house is in a beautiful setting and the view from the garden is grandioos.Aan one side sea and on the other hand, look at the bergen.Veel nice places nearby attractions.

What a fantastic view, this villa really beautiful. Nearly round ocean and the beautiful mountain scenery, here we have often enjoyed on the fine buitenterras.Het house was just remodeled, so it has been a very spacious living area, very nicely done. Also a very complete house really really where all the trimmings. Highly recommended this villa, and a very good reception on the spot.
