Fantastic we enjoy the accommodation and the surroundings all day. We have the time of our lives the owner welcomed us very friendly and gave explanations. Really recommended!!!!!!!!

Jean Claude lives near the housing, about 7km, so we could arrive on the scene quietly thanks to its availability. The accommodation is spacious and clean. Ditto for the pool and garden that offer us a magnificent view of huge trees and plains. In the evening, there have always been beautiful sunsets. Jean Claude has also made available a big speaker, and we have agreed to take advantage of it as it should. There has been no complaint, the few houses that are there are far from each other. Besides the place itself and its entourages, Jean Claude allowed us to spend a wonderful stay with friends. He was accommodating with us, understandable with the few degradations we could cause and offered us delicious tomatoes from his garden. We are delighted with our stay!

We had a great time! We were able to enjoy our stay as we wanted and to give ourselves a moment of break, far from the city. This is an accommodation which is great for a group of ten people. D "as much as" there are quite a few activities on offer (a gym, bicycles, a ping pong table, a space for playing badminton). The owners were very attentive and attentive. We hope to be able to come back soon as possible.

The location of the residence is really great, you have a beautiful view and you find yourself alone will be warmly received in pristine natuur.Je by the super friendly owner. Upon arrival, two bottles of wine were ready and a big bottle of coke for the kids. Also at the pool were the chairs and furniture already arranged. The pool itself is also a real asset. The house has everything you would expect from a holiday. We were 7, maybe 10 people only 1 bathroom just too little, but have proper arrangements to succeed. Children (4) were very happy with the large slaapzolder.De beds are fine. There is wifi available (via satellite), not the most impressive but adequate for normal Internet use and e-mail. The range is not always equally well by the thick walls, but hey holiday is also a bit slow down so you do not constantly checking your smartphone or tablet. Best reception is're swimming near the wifizender.Je 20-minute drive from Fumel / Montayral, here you have many large stores, some of which also open on Sundays, handy if you accrues Saturday. For the baker, you can visit the village shop of Sauveterre la Lemance 5 km.We have

The coordinates are almost spot on. The owner was already waiting for us to drive to the house together. There was a bottle of wine ready and the owner indicated that everything was disinfected (this is in the Corona time) so he did not go in but we could already inspect everything. Everything was good! Great WiFi, kitchen with everything available, great beds, perfect pool, beautiful view over the forest and there were 4 bicycles to use. We had agreed that the owner would return the deposit in cash the night before departure, but he was not there at the agreed time. After we arrived back home, this had to be arranged through topic travel. This took 2 weeks. That was the only downside, but overcome.

Pleasantly received. Luckily the son spoke a little bit of English. House neat a clean and swimming pool was beautiful. Bikes available, but decent hilly surroundings. There is little to do in the immediate vicinity. For a nice town you have to drive a lot. For a relaxing vacation all the way.

We were very satisfied with the house and the reception of Mr. Lacoste. It is a pleasant house with all necessities. The only thing missing was an oven dish, but that is ultimately a detail.

We had a wonderful week in the villa. The son of the house owner knows English which was very pleasant for us. We were a bit too early, but this was not a problem. During our stay the owner came to check the swimming pool. We received delicious tomatoes. We stayed with two families in the villa. Nice sleeping loft for the children. On the warm days it was very warm on the sleeping loft. There is little to do in the vicinity. For us this was no problem for this one week. Nobody in the area that could disturb the peace. Because the path to the villa was very steep, we have not been able to cycle or walk from the house which in itself is a shame. Just in the morning to the bakery "around the corner" is not here. We liked the pool very much. We enjoyed very much.

Arrival was after 2 hours waiting for the owner quite nice.Beetje Italian greeting.Later also revealed that the owner was not accessible for questions. The holiday home is very quiet and secluded at the end of a dead end road. You have a beautiful view from the house and the swimming pool to the surroundings. On arrival a bottle of rose wine was provided. The owner was friendly but did not respond to telephone questions. It is advisable not to burn light after sunset in order to keep the insects out, even with closed windows. The pool is clean but needs some renovation regarding the tiles.

Difficult to rate. House found clean but could use an update. Literally found a temporary logging in front of the door, which caused incessant noise. After consultation with the owner, we were allowed to choose one of his other holiday homes, perfect solution!

I have to say I was reasonably disappointed after the positive comments I had read from previous visitors. The location is fantastic but the house left seriously to be desired. There was no cooking pot in the cabinets. Around the pool, the tiles begin to sag and this is life-threatening. There was no parasol foot that could still be used because they were all broken. Because of the fact that you were sitting in a fairly open plain, you could not create a shadow. There were no fly frames and it was more than 30 degrees during the day but at night you could not open windows for cooling or animals entered. There were also 2 chickens and a rooster of other residents on the property. Our children slept on The attic but the last days you could not sleep with the warmth anymore. This cottage needs a refreshment urgently.

The house is subject to deferred maintenance. I would advise Belvilla to visit again after 5 years. The number 9 that was handed out in 2018 (sticker hangs at the entrance) no longer applies. Owner is super nice. Environment is great, swimming pool is nice. We, 2 adults and 1 dog, enjoyed the stay. Peace, space and nature. The so-called 3 km walk from home is not recommended. It's completely overgrown.

We had a great week in this lovely home. The house is absolutely quiet area and you have complete privacy. The children have a lot of use and the pool, table tennis and bowling alley. We have made trips to Agen Ville-du-Lot. Fumel you can canoe 's rent for a trip on the Lot. The owner is extremely helpful.
