The only pity is that there is no toilet on the upper floor.

the perfect holiday home for 2 adults with a dog. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The property is fenced so our Corgi could move freely. The location is brilliant, at the back you are on your own, quiet and relaxing in the middle of nature, and at the front you are in the village and have the baker right in front of the door. All errands could easily be done on foot. The entire environment is very dog-friendly, when you go for a walk you meet many nice people with and without dogs. We were able to fully enjoy the charm of Texel and are already looking forward to our next Texel holiday. PS the best pancakes are also available here :)

Nice little house with a garden that has a clear view! The house is equipped with comforts and its location in the center of De Cocksdorp means you can easily step into the hustle and bustle. The market moments are especially enjoyable! The house is located at the back, which makes it feel very quiet and allows you to truly relax. The only downside is that when it gets very hot, there is no air conditioning, so it warms up quickly, especially in the bedrooms.

The journey there was an undertaking. Much delay due to the crowds in Den Helder. TESO was also very sparing about additional information while waiting. We think the price of the ferry service is excessive. The house (super neat) was expensive for the offered but an added value for silence seekers and bird watchers. Be sure to bring binoculars. The environment is perfect. Quiet and yet everything available within walking distance. Fine cycling routes.
