Our stay was comfortable. The bungalow is ideal for up to 6 people. There is enough room and the designnof the bungalow leaves space for privacy. The price was quite reasonable for Christmas period. Reception was helpful with our special requests. The only issue was there were no dishwasher detergant in the standard pack and enough supplies needed for end cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy bungalow! The spaciousness was perfect for our family, and the garden was a lovely spot for morning coffee, We also enjoyed nearby hiking trails in De Maasduinen, which made for great day trips

The cottage was super humid, the bedrooms were very damp. Inventory was incomplete and the refrigerator was missing a vegetable drawer and the bottle holder was cracked along its length. Reported this to the reception. It had little influence on the atmosphere. Outside we only had 4 chairs, 1 of which was also torn. We had the idea that the other 2 were with the neighbors. We were well received and the reception was very friendly. The environment was also very good.

When checking in I had to ask behind the key. Cottage is ok, beds on the low side. Everything has had its best time. Wonderfully quiet. For traffic a bit unclear, one-way traffic or not?

Het huisje is toe aan een flinke renovatie. De nodige beschadigingen aan de vloer en verf van de radiatoren.
Weinig stopcontacten..
Verlichting in de hal zit geschakeld met de afzuig en verlichting in de douche / toilet ruimte.
Bij aankomst kregen we van de receptie voor de zekerheid de bungalow sleutel mee want mogelijk werkte het automatische systeem van de toegangsdeur niet en dat was ook zo!!!!
Wij hebben tijdens ons verblijf ook niemand gezien om het probleem te verhelpen is ook niet gerepareerd in die week.
Schoonmaak was minmaal, mede gezien de kosten van ongeveer 85 euro welke wij hebben betaald.
Misten gebaksvorkjes.
Wij voelen ons wel beetgenomen dat de hotel giftcard welke ik had gekregen bij mijn afscheid, van 200 euro uiteindelijk maar 83 euro voordeel opleverde.

The cottages are very noisy. Bedrooms single glass. Thermostat does not work, making it either hot when you turn on the heater or cold when you close it. Dishwasher was dirty so we could still wash everything. Afterwards completely cleaned myself there was a lot of sand in it. Vacuum cleaner very likely smelled by pets from previous renters. Bathroom is nice and clean. Environment is nice playroom is fun. Pool smelled enormous and is a bit boring. Playground consists of 1 swing for kids it is disappointing.

The accommodation was listed as renewed .... a new sail was laid over the wet worn old floor. As it was wet, it was in the cottage. There was a lot of breakdown, for example, the gas fell out during cooking, the kitchen cabinet hinges were broken, the cord of the bedside lamp in the children's room was broken, the sofas fell almost apart and were full of stains .... No. .. the accommodation itself was a big disappointment. The bed linen did not appear as mentioned in the booking and was therefore not present in the cottage. Of course, can be hired. The surroundings are beautiful (please note, we may have enough to remove). The knot club was manned with mostly nice people but there was a shortage of craft sheets that had to make people think of alternatives. The glow-in-the-dark golf course looked good. The lake was delicious and there was even a famingo in the "wild" area in the area. Irrland, just across the border in Germany, is a must for people with children from 1.5 to 10 years old (there is a nice 25 meter high sliding tower with 5 different slopes at different heights. The animals are great too.

We already left for home on Saturday, house and its location was so bad. My little toddler, toddler and two teenagers and myself were after spending 1 night in the beds full of small bumps and itching all over our body, reported to the desk that all mattresses are full of bed bugs. House was full of cobwebs and everything was broken and bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. On arrival, the key card did not work, so half an hour with children and stuff on the terrace had to wait until someone came to bring an ordinary key. The indoor playground was also very disappointing, you cannot call it a playground. So no, we have lost a lot of money, the children were really looking forward to it, and we thought it was so bad that we had to leave on Saturday morning already left intake manifold from monday morning. The park is beautiful, but the dilapidated chalet, dishwasher works poorly, coffee maker in short circuit,

Thanks for the dog it may (does cost to bring some 5 euros a night and 79 euros mandatory cleaning a bird watchers paradise (especially remember birdseed) a nice big pool

The renewed, comfortable, terraced bungalows are situated in a green environment. You can choose from the 4-pers. variant (NL-5944-10), the 4-pers. luxurious variant (NL-5944-14), the 6-pers. variant (NL-5944-11) or the 6-pers. variant luxurious (NL-5944-15). They are all ground leveled and have an open garden with terrace and garden furniture.
Note: An event will take place near our accommodation on 8 and 9 September. During this event, activities will be held in a tent on both evenings. Please note that some noise disturbance may occur during these days. We will do our utmost to minimize any inconvenience.
Note: Between September 7 and 11, 2026, a large group will be staying at Klein Vink. The group will host party evenings on Monday and Tuesday in the general parking area. Please be aware that these events, as well as the group’s stay, may result in some noise disturbance during this period. We appreciate your understanding.
