Nice accommodation. It's just a shame that certain facilities have overdue maintenance. The dishwasher in the kitchen is not stable and inside the rack is partially broken so turning on the dishwasher is a challenge. The bubbles of the bubble bath also do not work and with the separate shower the back wall is broken. During our stay some chairs were repaired at the pool house. That was also necessary. The sun beds by the pool were not all complete either. The backrest could not be raised and there were cracks in it. The cushions were also in need of replacement / repair. The barbecue at the pool house was unfortunately very dirty and incomplete. The environment, the large garden was lovely. The appearance and atmosphere are also unique.

The house and the facility was as we imagined! Especially the spacious garden is very nice! For the occasion of our stay - a family reunion ideal! There is nothing wrong with the house itself. It is impossible to talk to the home owner. We had booked this house for 15 people, had contact in advance whether it was good that it was only for young people. That was good. After the first night we were put out of the house by the homeowner, because there was a lot of nuisance that evening. We had left the house tidy and wanted to talk to this man, but he was not pleased. In my opinion, we have not been given the opportunity to talk to the gentleman in question about how to proceed. He indicated that he would arrive at 1 am that same day with the local police, but he did not come. Because we could not go back home, we eventually managed to book another house for the remaining days. Now I have been in contact with Belvilla about how we do this now with money back and the like, but it turns out that the home owner does not pay anything back! We will not even get the deposit that we would get back if everything was left tidy! While we took pictures of how we left everything behind, where you could see that everything had remained in good condition. All these pictures were sent to the SOS department of Belvilla, but in vain. I would advise anyone not to ever book this house..

"Beautiful from far, but far from beautiful" We are a group of 8 couples dentists who have booked this fairly expensive accommodation. We are not demanding, but this property has disappointed us anyway. We called the owner on the day of arrival to ask if we could check in earlier. This was no problem for him, we could pick up the key in the restaurant next to the accommodation and the owner would come and explain to us about the property at the scheduled arrival time. However, we have not seen the owner. We then called him 3 times, each with voicemail. The next day he sent his teenage daughter to explain the wifi to us (which we had already reset ourselves and found the wifi password on the modem). We told the teenage daughter about the many defects of the building. She passed this on, but again, no owner seen for the rest of the leave. First and foremost we rented a property with 8 couples. According to the brochure, there would be a sufficient number of bedrooms in the main building, which was not the case. There was 1 bedroom too little, so one couple had to spend the night in the single pool house. On arrival, the temperature in the house was 15.5 ° C. It took until late in the evening for the building to warm up to 20 ° C. Several radiators did not work. The sauna did not work either. After a few hours of trying we managed to get it on, but it never got hot. The water in the bath was lukewarm / cold.After looking at the boiler there was clearly not enough pressure in the pipes.They come out with a bubble bath, but the bubbles were also broken.The molds in the bathrooms / shower rooms were smelly and smelly 1 of the shower cubicles had a large crack which partly walled off. First impressions of the accommodation and surroundings were exquisite. A good time with walks in the area, swimming and petanque courts. Some reticence about lack of small kitchen utensils and the connection of two (out of eight) bedrooms without separation in the tower of the building. This we did not know in advance so that those concerned about were a bit disgruntled. The six other bedrooms, exquisite. We went with our team work two nights at this beautiful location. The cottage is fully equipped and the owner Christophe is very friendly, flexible and helpful. A beautiful swimming pool in a beautiful setting and a lovely pool house with BBQ for sunny days. In the area (Ardennes) is enough fun to do so this is a must!
