in the middle of the mountains where it is so dark at night that you can't see anything but you can look out over the surrounding area. A house that is fully equipped and a beautiful garden. After you have been flung out of the mountains, all the nice places are within good traveling distance. We thought it was great!

We"ve had an absolutely lovely time at this place. Huge garden, nice breeze from the sea, tidy and clean house and stellar Wifi. Two nice restaurants just a two minute walk away and a little grocery shop five minutes by car. The location is really quiet and remote (twenty minutes to get to a proper supermarket), but that"s just a good thing.

Simply a fantastic holiday home if you are looking for peace and quiet. Because you are on a mountain you have little traffic and noise, but all conveniences are nearby, there are several restaurants within walking distance and a shop a few minutes' drive away. Furthermore, the view over the city at the bottom of the mountain is phenomenal. The owner of the house only speaks Italian, but with Google translate you come a long way. We had a problem with the water supply during our stay, but after contact via whatsapp he was at the gate within 30 minutes to solve it, in the end a part was replaced the same day by a mechanic and everything worked properly again.

Super house in a fantastic panoramic location. Very well maintained and has everything you need to live. The large, well-kept garden cannot be seen that well in the pictures. We spent nice evenings here. We received a quick briefing on arrival. The owner was always available and super friendly. All larger cities in the area (Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Montecatini Terme, etc.) can be easily reached in 30-90 minutes. The only downside was the constant drive back up the mountain. (But we were aware of that when we booked) But we were rewarded every night with pleasant temperatures, great air, quiet and a wonderful view. Highly recommended for 3-4 people. After that it gets very cozy :) The 2 restaurants in town are within walking distance and both are of great quality. All in all, it was 2 great weeks and we have not regretted our choice for a moment.

At the beginning of May 2025, we had a wonderful week in the house Casa del Sogni, and indeed: a dream house. It is well equipped with everything. It is a super clean little house with a covered terrace. The decor of the house clearly shows a feminine touch. The house has a large beautiful garden and stunning views, with on one side the enchanting lights of some village in the distance in the evening, and on the other side the view of the mountains with their different shades of color. The owner of the house was very helpful, kind, friendly, and gave us several very useful tips for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this house. Astrid and Alex

Casa dei Sogni is a very pleasant three-bedroom chalet. It has a large garden and is equipped with everything you need in a three-bedroom holiday home. The location is quite strategic; it is fairly close to cities like Pistoia, Lucca, and Pisa, while it is also possible to take day trips further into the Apennine mountains towards Abetone. Additionally, the location on a hill is cooler than in the valley, and there are two restaurants within walking distance. A car is essential, as well as some skill in navigating small roads in the hills.

We had an amazing stay at Belvilla by Oyo Casa dei Sogni! The chalet was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed, The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, and we loved the nearby restaurants, especially Locanda Zacco, The quiet location made it ideal for our hiking trips

Belvilla by Oyo Casa dei Sogni is a hidden gem! The mountain views were breathtaking, and we had such a lovely time barbecuing in the garden, The kids enjoyed playing outside while we relaxed, The only downside was the distance to some attractions, but we found plenty to do in the nearby area, including the beautiful Alta Valle del Torrente Pescia, Highly recommend for families or friends looking for a peaceful getaway!

GROTTA MAONA - karst cave located just one km from Montecatini Terme immersed in a large natural park.
LE PANTERAIE - swimming pool, wellness centre, restaurant.
IPPODROMO SESANA - Hippodrome for trotting, where the Grand Prix of Montecatini takes place every year on August 15th.
GROTTA GIUSTI - A few km from Montecatini is the largest natural thermal cave in Europe.
