Very nice house in a beautiful area where you can make fantastic walks. The house is beautifully furnished, with all the necessary luxury, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and sufficient bathrooms. There is a very nice area downstairs with pool table, bar and sauna. Rod hus offers you all the comfort you need, including wifi. It is also centrally located in the high moors near the signal de Botrange, le parc des fagnes and the highest brewery with fantastic café/brasserie "Peak beer". In short: an absolute must!

Because our (clean) mother turned 80, we rented this house to celebrate. We were 8 people, 5 adults and 3 young people. The house is really beautiful and more than complete. Beautiful bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice pool and games room. Trampoline in the garden. There was something for everyone to do and we had a great time. The house is a must!

Fantastic, beautiful, clean and fully equipped house. equipped with every comfort. There is more than what is in the description. (washing machine) Had a lot of fun with the pool table and sauna. The gas bbq was also a success with the beautiful weather. Had a great stay with our 2 families and certainly did not get in each other's way, the house was certainly big enough for that.

The "Rod Hus" in Waimes is truly a beautiful and practical house, where everything is present to experience a pleasant holiday. It is very pleasant to be in the dining room, the sitting room and the pool room. And the location (within walking distance of the High Fens), is really ideal for nature and hiking enthusiasts. Another nice plus: the house is also located on the Vennbahn (long distance cycle path).

The Rod Hus lived up to all our expectations. The location was great with the Ravel and the Venen nearby. The interior was very complete and very neat. We especially enjoyed the infrared cabin, the pool table (and bar), the stove (and the available dry wood), the crisp white sheets and towels. Reception went very smoothly, Mr Rauw communicates clearly, correctly and on time. We want to leave immediately for another week!

It was a very pleasant arrival, the fireplace was already lit and it was nice and warm everywhere. The landlord is also a very pleasant and friendly man who gives you a tour of the house and also gives you tips for beautiful walks.

Very warmly received by the owner! Tour with all practical information needed for the stay. Beautifully renovated home with very suitable layout of the rooms including bathrooms. Very clean and well-kept house with fully equipped kitchen, including all kitchen utensils. A large living room (with cozy wood stove) that opens onto a large terrace. A pool table and a small bar, and for the less sporty an infra red cabin. Very nice walking routes starting from the house as well as centrally located for several sights in the area. Worth repeating!

Arrival well arranged, owner had passed where the key was and came some time later to meet and explain everything. The house is great, large, lots of privacy and wonderfully clean. Lovely large terrace. Nice area with nice places like Malmedy and Stavelot not too far away.

Arrival and key transfer went well. We had some mail contact beforehand. Good explanation about the house. Nice and good quality house. Spacious inside and out. Beautiful environment. For us nice: there was a washing machine and drying rack. This was not mentioned on the site. And great that everything is included, so that there is no more subsequent calculation. Deposit received in good order. We are actually enthusiastic about everything, which is why this house is highly recommended. The area is also recommended for cycling and walking. If you want to visit larger cities, Aachen and Liège are recommended. For the biggest shopping we went to the Lidl in Monschau. Supermarkets can also be found closer by. Nice to go to one of the lakes. And the railroad bikes behind the house is fun to do. The trampoline in the garden is also well used. The house was very clean on arrival. The beds were great.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location! Spacious rooms and everything is very attractively furnished. A fully equipped kitchen and even a stone grill. Thank you for playing in the garden and the pool table was also used. had a great weekend! In May we had snow, but it was beautiful!
