This brand new accommodation was perfect for our stay in Paris, The bedding was excellent, very well equipped, and quiet, Kimberley cared about our comfort, Thank you for the coffee and tea ðŸ˜ƒ, A cafe and a bakery were located on the street, the metro was very close and there were even supermarkets, everything was within walking distance and late at night, We will happily return,

The room is very Lovely, all commodities are great and itâ€™s pretty easy to access to the flat. But the main problem is the vent sound from the AC, or the air which sucked from the VMC, which cause a very noisy sound. This completely ruin my sleep and I had to buy some earplugs in order to have a good sleep.

I call your services in order to have a fix about it, but I never been called back, and the problem was not solved.
I think it a big waste to put so much effort in a design of a very lovely room such as the C3, and let that noisy sound ruin the sleep :/.

Plus, the AC co troller on the wall seems to not be paired with the AC unit, so I was unable to down the venting.

Please, do something because your room has a great potential.
