It is a fantastic house, nicely furnished, with lots of kitchen utensils, good beds, a nice garden with some toys for young and old. Unfortunately, the wifi is very bad: viewing something on google maps sometimes works, sometimes not. 4G not present. It's really hard with teenagers. And calling is not possible (very little network coverage). The reception on site is very warm. The location is beautiful on a hill, but quite remote. We wanted to book extra sheets with Belvilla in advance, but that didn't work. You can't get in by mail or phone...

Very nice owners. Very clean accommodation and everything as described. After Frejus and St. Maxime or St. Tropez and Grasse everything in 30-55 minutes to reach. Great area. A wonderful holiday. Thank you.

The homeowners were very friendly and showed us around with great enthusiasm. In the house everything was there, even the salt and pepper for cooking. The children played a lot at the large swimming pool. It was also great to have air conditioning and 3 bathrooms. Our dog was with us for the first time and was able to fully enjoy the garden. The only downside was the location. For trips to the larger cities you have to count on 30 minutes and the roads to it are mainly winding roads. This is less for people with motion sickness.

Al arrives we are well welcomed by the owner friendly if you had small children they will be delighted to have fun on the swing and the trampoline.pour the biggest table of pinpon, big land in the quiet and active around does not miss , Visit the olive grove of M Daniel Maraldo the champion of olive oil a very nice man

We had arrived 2 hours early. This was no problem for the owners. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Explanation in French. A bottle of wine was cold at aankomst.Middels the coordinates was to find the house well. It is a beautiful house with all the trimmings. We had our dog, and this could roam all day in the garden. Lots of privacy. Many villa 's close but still no one can look in the garden. The area is nice during the day. In a forest, just 5 minutes drive to supermarket and Bagnols. Bagnols is very small but there are a couple of frejus and restaurantjes.Strand st. Raphael are within a half hour drive, this too was good to doen.Nadeel the area we found the mountain roads driving at night. We got a lot of animals against (wild boar and foxes), giving you the evening at the cottage the dog could not exhaust more. sometimes gave a frightening feeling, while no details are voorgevallen.Wij had a great stay!

It was equally hard to find but was soon welcomed by the owners. They sat on a bench outside waiting for us. From the accommodation I can not tell anything negative, everything was perfect .The kitchen equipment was more than normal. The house was Delicious and the weather was great. Within half an hour you sat in Frejus and St. Raphael and the sea. The house was in a wooded area and the grounds were large and wonderfully quiet.

The holiday in Loustatet was fantastic. Beautiful spacious house with really all the amenities you could wish for. Everything in good condition. Fine kitchen fully equipped, living room also furnished complete. Vegetable garden with full of space to play, nice pool and terrace. Not least good firm mattresses.

In the May holiday a lovely home with all the trimmings. The wine was ready to welcome, host and hostess are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is very well equipped with kitchen utensils, table tennis, pool, basketball game etc with 3 bathrooms! We had a wonderful week in beautiful surroundings with good weather

We had to really look for the house, but after having called the owner and agreed with him at the camp, he came there and drove us to the house. We were kindly received and everything was explained (in French!) The house is super, very clean and everything is there. The pool is lovely and the garden is very large and safe for children and dogs, there is a fence around it, so anyone can freely walk away.The house is about half an hour by car from the beach. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes drive. It is very quiet in a villa wijkje and beautiful for outings such as a day at St.Tropez and Monaco.Internet still sometimes falls off. But we did not disturb us like that.

Beautiful region and village where it is located. Villa is equipped with everything, very clean, groomed, short really a must. The photo on the site is not really up-to-date decor and furniture is custom, tiled lap pool and all kinds of new toys in the garden for children. Upon arrival it was therefore a pleasant surprise to have that is much nicer than in the picture (which is usually reversed) a villa. The landlords are very friendly people you only see on arrival and departure (in case of problems you can call them 24/24) tips that asked to what did not seem possible in our eyes. Our stay even better We give this house a 10/10, price / quality you can not find better!

We (both 30 years), the first two weeks of September stayed. Together with our chocolate brown labrador in the villa Loustalet The house was neat clean and tidy, exactly what you would expect from a holiday accommodation. The owners were very cordial. For our lab it was a great property. He had a private bedroom and could walk around all day and play without that we have to be that he could get away scared. The garden was nicely surrounded by a fence. In choosing Loustalet we have attached great importance to the critical praise from previous guests. All in all it was not too much to say, but for any guests after us, we want to give them that Bagnols-en-Forêt is incredibly small. There are a number of restaurants that we rarely have seen someone sitting and two bakeries. For shopping, you should really go to a bigger place like Le Muy and Frejus. In terms of distance in km, both places are not far, but before you get there, you have a while on the move because the villa is situated on a mountain which is only accessible via narrow mountain roads. Had a wonderful week. Trips to Cannes, Monaco and St Tropez made. In 20 minutes on the beach at Frejus (on the public beach with the dog and a little farther on a strip of beach along the way also with the dog). The house is fine, both inside and outside well kept and clean. Everything is available. Of one load. Only minus is the location to everything by car, nothing is within walking distance (unless you want to walk to the village for a bakery half an hour). Our (quiet old) dog has pima enjoying himself had in the fully enclosed garden.

villa in beautiful surroundings forests and mountains and not far from the beach if desired. r nalles was in abundance eg cutlery for a very family party if necessary. r nalles top. For us it 10 10. Nice pool with lots (and new) ligstoeken, ping pong table, mini pool table .... In short, everything one could desire.

What a nice welcome! R nThe two lovely people who took their time to show and vertelllen what was Zoal and was in the house. R nThey had wine soft drinks and milk in the fridge as welcome drinks and our the table was all for tea, coffee. R nThe people were so cordial and correct. R nThe house was fully equipped and all equipment provided. We stayed the first week of September 2012 in this beautiful house. Very complete, spotlessly clean, good beds and plenty of space. We were four adults and a child of 2 years. Everything down to the last detail, cot, high chair, toys, stuffed animals, you name it. Many furniture with cushions, good working and clean barbecue .... Highly recommended and worth repeating.

Frankly, the reality is better if the photo "s show ... nice house, super-equipped, blissful environment, easy ... and also as a Weimaraner dog plenty of room! Although we were an hour early, the house was SUPER clean and ready ... nice welcome idd + all the cool rosé in the fridge + milk and water ... Beautiful villages in the area (eg Fayence & Callian) and Frejus (sun, sea, beach) at 20 min away . little tip .... you should then leave :)

Very luxurious villa with all the trimmings. Very neat (both home and garden and swimming pool). Quiet location and friendly owner that you in peace and discretion to enjoying a pleasant holiday. In short, the perfect location for a relaxing and sunny holiday. Very beautiful region and also only 20 "away from the sea (Fréjus). We have enjoyed it.
