The apartment is really nice (don't be put off by the courtyard at the entrance) it is located on the third floor without a lift of a building near the Bastille area, so the location is excellent, especially because it is very close to bus and metro stops, The host is very attentive and ready to solve any small inconvenience, I recommend it,

The lock on the door was loose and I couldn't open it. I called the contact number but no one ever answered. I tried several email links provided but never had an answer from them either.
I had to find another accommodation. I enailed several times during the week to discuss a refund but am still waiting for a reply.
