The spot was a lovely compact area, ideal for our requirements, It was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, had a supermarket on the opposite side of the road, and was a short distance from two metro stations, providing convenient access to the entire city,

Had a fantastic time in Paris! The place was small and charming, just right for my partner and I since we spent most of our time sightseeing! Checkmyguest was very accommodating and arranged an early check-in for us! They also provided us with amenities, I couldn't endorse them more!

Excellent stay, The studio perfectly matched the description and the photos, The bed was prepared, many thick towels were folded and a small bottle of water was waiting for me, The bathroom is very modern and the kitchen is functional, Close to the metro, the Eiffel Tower and the Montparnasse tower are a few steps away, The area is very lively and I recommend the pizzeria "Nono" just opposite, their "4 fromage" is a delight! I felt supported during my stay, which is invaluable, A big thank you!

The place is small, but extremely clean, cute and easy to access, I loved it, The only issue would be that check-in was quite late, it was scheduled for 3:00 pm and then changed to 4:00 pm, The person who initially answers before check-in is not exactly Joffrey I think, it was a bit confusing, But once I checked in, Joffrey got back in touch immediately and was very helpful, That would be all, Otherwise, everything was great,

Had a pleasant stay at Joffrey's place in Paris, the location is fantastic and it's near the metro, The place was quite compact but it had all the necessities, It was also quite loud throughout the day as it's situated on the ground floor and people are always in the lobby/closing the building door, but this didn't trouble us much as we were out most of the time, All in all, it was extremely clean and I would suggest staying here!

Great location right next to the subway and there is a bakery across the street, A Carrefour and a Franprix are within 2 minutes of the location (supermarkets), The place was quite small but as described, it was 13 square meters which was accurate, This place would be perfect for a solo traveler or two people who are very comfortable with each other and don't need much space, Not ideal for a new couple as the bedroom is right next to the bathroom, so if you're not comfortable hearing each other on the toilet yet, then this may not be the place for you, It could be tight for two people with a lot of clothes as well, Walked around at night and felt very safe in the area, It's a 10/15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the nearest metro line goes directly there too, We would definitely stay here again, No noisy neighbors or anything and the host appeared to be very responsive,

Very intimate house, quite small but with everything you need, upon arrival we found towels and a welcome kit with 2 chocolates and 2 bottles of water, very nice touch, The house was in very good condition, maybe we expected a more thorough cleaning of the accommodation but overall it was quite clean, There is a water heater for taking a shower, which is more than enough for 2 people, The heating system might be a bit old, with a kind of electric radiator that takes a while to heat up but maintains a constant temperature so you don't feel cold at all, but for the price we maybe expected a split system, The location of the house is excellent, in front you can find all the main necessities like the butcher, the bakery, the pastry shop, the pharmacy and even the supermarket, moreover it is a 30-second walk from Metro 6, so very convenient, Overall, the house is great for spending a few days in Paris with company,
