The flat is quite large and nicely located with only a short walk to the beach.
A real plus is the garage, in which we could park our car and store the kids' beach stuff.
There is also a lawn on the side of the house where the kids could play ball.
The beds are on the harder side and the bathroom is already quite a bit older but was clean.

We received a form and the keys at a real estate agency. After searching we finally found it, it was because others were leaving because we didn't know how to enter through the basement box. There are no numbers on the doors. You have to put the water on yourself, which is located in the basement, all in all it took us 2 hours to find out how everything works. You cannot call the numbers on the form and even an emergency number will be dropped. If you know that people are coming, can the electricity and water be turned on, right? The bed is rock hard and the couch is also very hard. Location was great, you can walk straight to the sea.
