The property offers plenty of privacy to its guests and it is impossible to get bored here. You will find a playground, bikes, a swing, a diving board and pool toys. The outdoor kitchen flows into the garden and the house is elegantly furnished. The bright living room is equipped with a pool table and you can relax quietly with a good book on the shaded terraces.

Every day between 6 and 8, the outdoor areas are very discreetly maintained.

Lovely house, everything on the ground floor, spacious, a bit dusty here and there. But great beautiful surroundings, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful spacious garden and swimming pool. Parking your car behind a fence, nice feeling! The owner is incredibly attentive and friendly. Were some minor problems and he solved them immediately! Little to do in the area for kids, that was a shame. You are on top of the mountain / hill so cycling is a big challenge if you want to go to avignon city. But it was a wonderfully relaxing holiday with a soothing cozy feeling.

Nice house in fantastic surroundings. Warm welcome by the owner. A few things to keep in mind there is some wildlife. A large population of forest rats, who spend evenings at the same time dozens at the same time as the figs in the garden. Very cute, but may be a scare for some people, and many mosquitoes, so make sure you are prepared. supermarket you can buy anti-mosquito incense for outside, works like a tierelier. The other day, cleaning the house for day and dew, so light sleepers may need earbuds. Swimming pool is cleaned every other day instead of daily skimmer / vacuum cleaner, which means that you have to get a good deal of effort with the net.

Great accommodation, excellent beds, nice with pool billiards. Very friendly owner. Avignon so well accessible, beautiful and cozy city. 3x per week swimming pool and terrace clean a good service in itself, but in case of light sleepers you wake up at 7.00.

The place and surroundings are perfect. The house furniture and equipment needs to be modernized. Somethings are broken or quite old. We had a nice week. The welcome was oké.

The house stands on a large, mature plot in a very quiet residential area. It offers some entertainment options (billiards, table tennis, swimming), is nice for relaxing and is a good starting point for various trips to the surrounding area. Three time a week between 6 and 8 AM the terraces are swept and the pool is cleaned. The owner welcomed us nicely with a bottle of wine and a fruit basket.

However, the house is already getting old and needs various repairs (e.g. the switches for light, the sink in the toilet cannot be used). The cleanliness can be improved (dishes had not been carefully cleaned by previous tenant, also the oven and the coffee machine), same for the kitchen equipment (e.g. no salad sieve, no pot has a lid). The fridge is very huge and also a freezer is available.
