Had a wonderful holiday in a nice house. The house is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. Problems are solved quickly. Nice pool where our children 9 and 12 have great fun. Quiet location with beautiful views. The owner does not speak English but does a lot of effort to explain everything and if necessary she comes with her very nice English speaking daughter. Groceries 15 or 20 minutes away by car. Barcelona can be reached in 45 minutes just like the beach of Sitges. Montserrat 30-40 minutes away and various towns and nature areas 45 to 60 minutes away. We have had a wonderful holiday here.

We spent a lovely quiet holiday week in Can Codol. Our children (12 & 13) enjoyed themselves well into the pool. It is a lovely swimming pool with stunning views. The apartment is fully equipped and also the two existing machines are very fine. The area is very quiet and not touristy. Within 20 minutes you're in the lovely town of Manresa. Nature is beautiful. Beach and major cities such as Barcelona and Tarragona are within an hour by car and nice for excursions. Incredibly friendly owner and nice, English speaking, daughter!

Beautiful house, fully equipped. Very friendly owner. Location is very quiet, with nice small pool, not heated. After three minutes driving you stand in the middle of Barcelona!

The renovation of this old building is excellent and the pictures do not do it justice. The "welcome is very warm and calm total.Le town has no trade and is a bit far from everything.

The house was on top and in order. Very clean and everything you need hebt.Winkels are a short drive away but that was not an issue for us is a real haven of peace!!

We spent here a very nice 2 weeks. As reported in the house so much better in the photo 's. The owners are very friendly and always willing to help or advise. Barcelona is about 45min drive and Sitges is not much further.

Fantastic stay, Barcelona easily accessible via excellent road network. Is some searching, foreign tourists know they are not as good in this region. Apartment has everything you need or holiday. Owner and daughter (who speaks English) are very helpful

We have a wonderful week in Can Códol. The house is beautiful (much nicer than the picture "s), very spacious, it remains cool thanks to the thick walls, complete furniture and very friendly owners. You feel very welcome. Pool with lovely terrace and stunning views. Prima place to rest, also good base for day trips to Barcelona and Montserrat.

It really is a fantastic accommodation. Very well looked after. flowers on table at arrival. Very very clean. You can not think whether it is present. Very friendly reception of Spanish / Catalan-speaking mother and daughter speaking English. Photo 's on the website do not do justice to the house, it's bigger and looks nicer. Nestled separately on a hillock near the village Maians. You can sit under the umbrellas by the pool. There are 3! Washers in a separate room with everything else you need. There are barbecues in the courtyard and tables for outdoor dining. In just over an hour away by train in central Barcelona. Absolutely amazing!

Extraordinarily beautiful and lovingly restored, clean, very friendly people, pool great for kids with just (not) diploma, quiet in nature, great base for barcelona, u200bu200bmontserrat mountains, manresa. In a night driving (1500 miles). Really a top holiday had here.

A beautiful house which is visible care has been taken in a peaceful rural setting. Although the hostess doubt whether there is plenty to do for tourists, we have great fun. If a half hour drive is no problem, then there is plenty to do in the area!

We are from 07/08/26 to 08/09/08 in the house Can Códol been. Very friendly welcome and felt at home immediately. Children are well entertained and the rest was great. 15 min drive large supermarket and nearby towns with nice terraces. One hour drive to Barcelona and other coastal towns. There are also a number of times before. Montserrat mountains are a must. The house and grounds so ook.groetjes of fam van Lent Oisterwijk

We thank Maria-Rosa and her beautiful Mom for their outstanding hospitality, their availability and desire for us to have the best stay in a house "clean excellent. This location is very isolated, but very close to" a village. Access to Barcelona by train regional (path = 1h30min) departure "Igualada 10 km from the lease. The metro in Barcelona is very convenient.

The 2-bedroom cottage in Maians is ideal for families or small groups. This place can accommodate up to 5 guests. This restored home with a sea view has a courtyard with garden furniture offering a perfect spot for afternoon tea.
The nearest restaurant is 1000 m away if you wish to try out the local delicacies. Nothing can beat a day at the lake side; the lake is only 15 km away. If you run out of your essentials, supermarket is just 5 km away. The town centre is only 5 km from the stay.
Central heating is in place to keep you warm inside. A shared swimming pool can be accessed when you need a refreshing dip. This child-friendly home provides children’s bed and high chair on request.
The check-in time for the apartment is 5-8 PM and checkout time is 9-10 AM.
