The house is accessible via a narrow mountain road, but the location is beautiful. A beautiful view from the house and pool. Sufficient facilities available, although it is a bit dated. The friendly owner is very helpful. There is plenty to see in the region. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday in Conca D'Oro.

The area was beautiful! Upon arrival Andrea (son of the owner) was already waiting for us. He gave us a tour through the house and also gave us useful tips! The house is somewhat dated in terms of furniture but we had no problem with it, it is also a very old house and that gives it atmosphere! It is not luxury but everything is there. The air conditioning eats electricity so do not use it too much. It suffocated from the mosquitoes but if you continue to inject well, things are fine. The pool is small and the path to it needs some attention, do not expect too much! Take into account the fact that you are 20 minutes to get on and off the mountain to Montecatini Terme, quite a tough road especially the last stretch!

Hospitally hosted with burning fire by the extremely helpful Andrea (administrator). Heating required in late April / early May. Old house, literally at the end of a dead end, stunning views. Spacious bedrooms but living room on the tight side for 7 persons. Sanitary facilities moderate.

A whole tour to find the house, very warm and humid in the house, the inadequate working air conditioning pulls your purse empty because power has to be paid afterwards, the pool is a bit below the house and is actually more suitable for children. everything in the house is dated and old. Positive point, the location of the house, regarding the view but you have 20 minutes through narrow mountain roads before you end up in a town.

Ideal for family with older kinderen.Minder suitable for disabled visitors and smaller kinderen.Auto can not be parked right next to house, swimming pool is 10m below the house. Villa is ideal for (day) visit to Florence, Pisa and Lucca.Inrichting / finish house is slightly better but everything you need is aanwezig.Goede hard mattresses on the bed. Many place in the three slaapkamers.Van Montecatini it is a mountain road upwards +/- 8 km and last stretch of road is a narrow road +/- 3km. First time it fell away a bit disappointing but at the end of the holiday you ride (almost) blind up / down.

Had wonderful holidays. Fantastic location, panoramic views and peace and what a likeable, unassuming but caring host. With more comfortable furniture in the living room, better patio chairs and more cups / glasses / silverware, the interior had an 8. Good beds and excellent price / performance ratio. Total Verdict delicious, like to come back here!

Wonderful holiday in this cottage. The layout is quite basic, but clean, and all equipment that one could wish for is there except a coffee (or espresso). Montecatini train station is 10 km away (winding, but very nice) and has very regular train connections to Florence, Lucca and Pisa. The owners of the house live nearby and are very helpful and nice. We were treated to pizza (freshly baked) and upon arrival there was a bottle of wine on the table and burned the fireplace. The latter was necessary because of the weather we decided not found much rain and "evening /" cold at night. But the owner brought timber every night before the fire. In our view, the cottage is not suitable for children between about 5 and 15 years, because there are going to be bored their only entertainment would be the TV. The cottage has free wifi with a reasonably fast connection.

We were two weeks of 8 people in the house, which can be reached from Florence about serpentine and later on small mountain roads. It is beautifully situated, you have a view on the plain to the south. Covered terrace, small but adequate pool, very nice hosts. Two bathrooms / toilets are available in the kitchen have 8 people at one large table space. The house is old, but well renovated. The decor is simple but in good condition. The hosts live in a house next door, are always available to give tips and answer questions. We had a very nice stay.

Conca d 'Oro is on the one hand at the end of the world (the narrow mountain road 13 km long then only 50 m away from the valley in Montecatini endigt literally underneath the house). Anderzijs is the middle of the most beautiful cities of Italy shortly afstand.En you are surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Apennines (Montecatini view from the terrace is very very nice). The house is on the edge of a very small gehuct of some houses (Vico) with very sympathetic inmates warm and they good respect your privacy. The owner has an old stone oven fired with local wood, and bakes pizza one day a week "s. Very gracious people. The son speaks good English. The house is spacious (4 bedrooms) and very authentic Italian. Rustic decor, but free wifi, DVD and satellite TV. Spacious terrace with stunning views. A nice house. Only the living room was quite uncomfortable. A lovely terrace with both sun and shade. There is much to walk. However good (staff) cards are not available. The road to the house is not pleasant (especially in the dark): narrow and curvy (tip: honk for the bend do this too many local residents). The service and friendliness of the owners (who live a few houses down) is nice. It does not impose himself, but is there if you need them. The son speaks good english. We were spontaneously delicious, their homemade pizza 's are treated. For shopping, there are limited opportunities in a village 2 km away (Marliano). Remember an espresso on the terrace at the gas pump. Cost almost nothing and it is very nice to see how the village life itself before your eyes.

The stay at the Conca d 'Oro was very nice, calm and with a breathtaking view. Hosts are very nice, selflessly and fulfill your every desire. We were you even invited to dinner. Our experience with this house: The description / definition of the cottage and the situation is not so private single correctly and completely described on the website and is nicer than it actually is It says among other things: house has been renovated, as we have nothing discover and have pictures' s taken from that horrible home.The private pool belonging to the house was not in the house itself but two down forest paths and parking for the car is not in the house but in the realm of the manager! ! Next you have to live a very busy and annoying Italian family who are not happy with tourists next to him, fill in the rest yourself, this info is not so described on the website ies Belvilla else I had never booked this house! The managers / owners are nice people but it is not the norm clean our standard, we paid 45 euros for cleaning but we ourselves also can maken.Ruim paid 1709 euros for a home that is not the half of it!! clean ! We were warmly welcomed by the family Danesi. They did their very best to please us as much as possible to make sense. If you speak a little Italian father tries Danesi a chat with you. Unfortunately the us is not good enough in Italian and English, we also needed. We liked very much the invitation to pizza for dinner. The son of the house has its own wood oven made and pizza baker. Unfortunately we are not in the pool full advantage. In the garden by the pool was swarming with mosquitoes and the weather was poor, so the water was very cold. Pity we found that the pool was not closer to the house. It is a typical Italian house and that's very nice! We liked the loungers in the garden by the house.

Conca d 'Oro is a beautiful house, with a lot of privacy. The location and views are stunning. Attractive places like Pisa, Lucca and Florence are an hour away, as are the marble quarries at Carrara. The owners are very friendly and attentive. This home is an absolute must!

For people who are far away from all the crowds are like, this is the ideal (detached) house (between the countryside, on the mountainside, at the very end of a dead end street). Yet Marliana a good base for cities like Pisa, Lucca and Florence to visit. The house has a nice patio with the most breathtaking views that we had ever seen. There is a second private garden with swimming pool (small but nice) and with a hammock between the trees, well fenced and with the same beautiful view! The rooms are very spacious and netjes.De owners are super nice people! Thank you for this wonderful holiday! Marc & Christine.

The town of Marliana is located in a very strategic position because it allows you to easily reach many places during your vacation.
First of all Pistoia, at not even 20km distance, which was declared the city of culture in 2016. Here there are many sites to visit and for the little ones there is also a fun zoo.
Montecatini Terme is only 10 km away, here you will find many spa facilities to spend a day of total relaxation and well-being.
For sports enthusiasts the ski resort of Abetone is only about 45 km far. But around the house you are already in a mountain area, you will find many paths surrounded by nature to do on foot or by bicycle.
