Received very hospitable and guided around the apartment. Also excellent explanation about the environment and the facilities. It is a spacious apartment with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, spacious shower. All very neat and almost everything you need is present. The area is very beautiful and hilly. Well received. Beautiful apartment, newly refurbished. Bakery just around the corner. Beautiful hiking trails. From Kerpen making easy trips to the lakes in Daun, Trier, Zoos, Cochem etc.

Quiet, lovely village! Nice apartment, nice and warm (important in December!). Beautiful new shower and toilet. The kitchen is in need of modernization, although certainly OK! Clean apartment and friendly, if somewhat timid people. So definitely not suffer from homeowner under woont.Aparte input, as well. Small living room, very cozy. Previously recommended to couple up with child (sofa bed). We had a nice stay in Kerpen.

Welcomed on arrival by Mr. Vogt; German speaking, very friendly. The accommodation was neat and clean, the beds were made. Towels and kitchen towels were ready, just like the wifi code. The area is beautiful! You notice that you are in an old, 12th century village. The streets are narrow, the residents friendly. There are many walkers, the walking and cycling route runs past the house into the village, into the forest. The view is beautiful on the chapel and the castle, or a quiet street on the side of the village.

Upon arrival kindly received. Just cottage, but for us a four person cottage worthy. Environment is beautiful and lots to do. As is often stated, the WIFI bad. This is sometimes used Idd in the bedroom. WiFi icon so unworthy. Using an amplifier WIFI is good to use in the apartment.

Upon arrival we were kindly received by a neighbor. The owners of the house had something special, but we were informed by d.m.v. telephone contact.The area was beautiful and was true what was described.Behalve no bakery in the area. This was stopped. For shops you had 5 km. Furthermore in the village of Hillesheim. So nothing to do in the village.

Friendly welcome, apartment looks neat. We have lovely walk through the beautiful surroundings, so from the cottage. The owners live next door to the apartment and be with any questions very friendly and helpful. There is no shop in the village, but a bakery that sells bread delicious and beautiful cakes. Definitely recommended if you're looking for a quiet accommodation. The price is very reasonable.

We have here the week sat around the turn of the year and that was most satisfactory! From the cottage you can make beautiful walks, but also Manderscheid (beautiful castle) Daun (maars) and Gerolstein (walks). Nice quiet village of prima walks can be done. The house looked fine and on the balcony you can fine with two people still enjoy sitting in the evening. With three people was the balcony somewhat krap.De landlords are nice people and also give tips if you ask. We had a wonderful week in Germany, and especially for the price you pay here you get quite a lot. It was just a pity we castle we could see from our balcony could not see. Castle was closed.

Been delicious midweek road, a nice walk. Vernacular and fun place for the groceries you need only 10 min. Away by car. The stay was complete you really do only need to bring your own. Toiletries and clothing with Everything is there, from hand soap to the toilet to spices in the kitchen cabinet. There is only one but, for 4 people, it is a bit tight. We were two and a baby. And that was doing just fine

Lovely house, good seat. The baker few meters further has yummy almond cookies. Burg Eltz seen + - 70km further. Waterfall Dreimühlen and the castle is worth seeing near the village. Many ruins and lakes. The landlord speaks some English. This is easy if you do not know German.

The holiday has fallen a bit in the water because our son was a little under the weather, but for the rest it was fun. The house was fine, too bad there is only one bedroom but owners are still interred a cot so she z "n celebrate in one room could sleep. Lovely stay in this accommodation. The host knows a little English, which for me as someone who only speaks German limited pleasant. The area is very nice and the kitchen look at the castle. Kerpen is no supermarket but in nearby Hilesheim well, so you have everything reasonably close.

This 1 bedroom apartment with 4 persons capacity located in the village of Kerpen in Eifel is surrounded by rolling hills and forest and has a separate kitchen and balcony along with free WiFi.
Trips to the historic city of Trier, the romantic Moselle valley or the popular Rhine valley are close by. However, if you want to be even closer to home, then the Daun wild animal park or the volcanic lakes in Schalkenmehren and Meersfeld are suggested. Also, the general supplies,the town centre,forest,lake and public transports are all less than 1 km away.
