Pool water 29 degrees, 2 fridges in the kitchen so plenty of room. Very nice reception and explanation. Very neat and tidy villa, both inside and outside. The pool is amazing! Durbuy 20-30 minutes walk.

The very beautiful spacious ground floor villa with a very cozy spacious living room, comfortable seat (often not the case in holiday parks), comfortable kitchen, 2 fridges, washing machine and dryer (so you can take less clothes and towels with you). Good beds !! The pool is great, especially when the weather is less. Very nice pool, pleasant temperature. There were some minor flaws but they didn't really bother us. The garden is very downhill so less suitable for very small children but a very nice play equipment. It was a great holiday, we will definitely come back!

Very spacious and clean location, which we enjoyed. The swimming pool in particular was a pleasant experience, as both the space and the water had a very pleasant temperature. We also experienced the short distance to shops and restaurants as very pleasant.

Well received by the owners. A nice house where everything was present and a beautiful indoor pool and sauna that we used daily. The beautiful historic town of Durbuy was also within walking distance in the neighborhood.

Accommodation was great! Swimming and sauna as often as possible. Walking with a pram or wheelchair in Durbuy, for example, is difficult due to boulders.

Accommodation is fine. A lovely house in a lovely setting with a lovely pool with sauna. Ideal if it has not improved again! In the immediate vicinity plenty of hiking and later in the season kayaking and other outdoor activities. Visiting town of Durbuy (walking distance) is a must. A cozy old town with lots of charm.

Had to contact the owner on the 2nd day due to blown fuses in the swimming pool area. Had to contact us again on the 3rd day (today) after returning from a day trip because the toilet kept running.

a very nice holiday home with a fantastic swimming pool, just a pity that there is no access door to the outside. Beautiful surroundings and many activities nearby. Really recommended.
What is annoying is the waste policy in Belgium. Pick up plastic bottles once every 15 days and that with 10 people and warm weather.

Our stay at the luxurious villa in Durbuy was absolutely delightful! The private pool was a highlight, especially after a long day of exploring the nearby forest trails, The kids loved the play equipment in the garden, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the high chair and the cozy fireplace, The villa was spacious enough for our family of ten, and the layout was perfect for both gatherings and quiet moments, We also enjoyed a few barbecue nights under the stars, which made for wonderful memories, Highly recommend for families!

Pleasant reception with a bottle of cava in the fridge. On a beautiful house with a fantastic swimming pool, here and there certain areas could use an update. Certainly a tip for the owners is to place fly windows. There were so many. (of course considering the warm summer month), and purchase new pillows. Also was sitting outside cozy for our period not in due to the abundance of wasps, of course this is not something that can be settled towards accommodation. Location is great, center of Durbuy within walking distance.
