Perfect house with wonderfully great hosts. We will gladly come back again. The place is a great starting point for visiting Francia Corta, Milan, Bergamo, Brescia and the lakes.

What a fantastic place to stay. The house is beautiful, spacious, fully equipped and exceptionally clean.

The hostess is very nice and helpful. She speaks good English and responds quickly to questions.

During the holidays it was my birthday and she was very attentive with a beautiful bottle of bubbles at the door.

The area is very beautiful and is ideal for day trips to, for example, Brescia, Bergamo and Iseo.

We have made a wonderful holiday with wonderful memories for life.

All in all, an absolute must.

We have a couple and two guys in march and really enjoyed our trip to Italy. Paola is a very friendly person. The Villa is very comfortable with you can find anything you need. To the next supermarket / shopping mall you can go by foot or by car. Over the day we visited many different cities like Milano, Venezia and Genoa. All are easy to reach by car from the house. We all would recommend a long stay at the Villa Pedergnano

Beautiful house centrally located in Northern Italy. Vineyards everywhere and there are several wineries within easy reach. Large shopping center 1 km away. Restaurants in the area. Lake Iseo is a 20 min drive, no sandy beach, but it is beautiful. Minuses (but manageable): mosquitoes and the 2 vd 3 beds are quite hard. Wonderful shower. Washing machine and everything is actually available. Furthermore, which did not emerge from the information: the garden is an open / shared garden with the owner including her 2 dogs. But you don't notice this, dogs are super sweet and stay on their half. We also had a dog and that went perfectly. Garden is completely closed. Car can enter the gate. All in all: very nice house!

We arrived an hour early, but that was no problem. We were received very warmly. The house was super clean and a lot of attention has been paid to the interior. The environment is beautiful! Lake Iseo is about a 10 minute drive away and is great for swimming, snorkeling or fishing. Villages around the lake are small, but therefore very cozy and pleasant. The wine region is also beautiful to drive through. And the ice cream in the region is excellent! For our children (16, 14 and 10 years), the water park AcquaSplash was highly recommended, but a trip to Monte Isola should not be missed.

The villa was fantastically complete, well and tastefully decorated in the style of the beautiful Italian houses in the Franciacorta. We enjoyed the accommodation and the friendly hospitality of the owners. The Iseo lake at a distance of 10 km with a beautiful beach and the places Milan, Brescia, Bergamo and many other places well and quickly accessible from the villa, a great base for cultural trips, swimming outings and bike rides. The nearby shopping center also came in handy! nice to go back one more time1

We had a lovely time at Belvilla, The villa was super spacious, and we really enjoyed the garden and BBQ area, The kitchen had everything we needed and more, I especially liked the cozy fireplace in the evenings, Only downside was the charging cost for our car, but overall it was worth it!
