The host was excellent in communication and facilitated a seamless booking process, The place is ideally located and proximate to famous sites like Eiffel Tower / arc de triomphe and champs eylsees, It's a secure and safe area since it's a gated community with a plethora of great food joints in the vicinity, The apartment is equipped with all the necessities!

The location is serene and safe, ideally located amidst numerous bistros and activities, The place is compact, but the beds and pillows provided the comfort we needed! There was a slight delay with the cleaning team that impacted our check-in time, but the host was forthcoming about the situation, helped us with our luggage drop-off needs, and proposed a discount for the inconvenience, Strongly suggested!

I would recommend this apartment, it is close to any tourist attraction in Paris, 10 minutes walk from the tower, and on the street there are a variety of dining options and shops to buy food and personal items, It was very easy to access the apartment and they were always courteous and responded quickly.

A wonderful place 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, We arrived late, but had no problem entering due to the access code and the good explanation for entry, The apartment is very pleasant and warm, in an inner courtyard, ideally equipped kitchen, there were even coffee capsules left, thank you! The bed was super comfortable, I just regret that we only stayed for 2 days,,, The place is simply top!

The instructions for accessing the property were simple to follow and straightforward, The property was immaculate and well equipped, Having a TV in both the living room/kitchen area and the bedroom was a nice touch, Great location - close to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe as well as the Metro, The hosts communicated in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, All of this contributed to making our trip even more enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend this fantastic place and stay there again ourselves, Thanks a lot Joffrey and the team!

Compact yet impeccably tidy and within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and all main attractions, The price is fantastic for this location, It was a great bargain for the four of us for one night, however, I suggest two people for more privacy as there is transparent glass separating the bedroom from the kitchen/dining/living room area, Ideal location if you plan on spending the entire day exploring Paris! Will definitely come back next time,

My friends and I stayed in this apartment and it was ideal for us, Although there was a small delay during check-in, I was promptly informed and a commercial gesture was made, The apartment was spacious and clean, The location was excellent with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance, The Eiffel Tower was just a 3-minute walk away and the Arc de Triomphe was also nearby, The instructions before our arrival were provided in advance and easy to follow, Communication leading up to our stay was great, While the apartment had no windows, it could get a bit warm at times, We used the two fans provided and kept the front door open for fresh air, We had no issues with hot water and all managed to shower with no problems, I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again,

Nice apartment for a short stay, The location is excellent, something we knew from our previous trip to Paris, We stayed 4 people, a couple with two older children 18 and 16 years old, I would have preferred the space to be a bit bigger, but it was okay, the two teenagers managed for 3 nights on a two-seater sofa bed, The truth is that when hosting 4 people it is a bit cramped and you don't know where to put the towels, where to place the suitcases, I would suggest having another place in the bathroom for hanging towels, There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need for breakfast or snacks and there are also many bistros and nice restaurants, The Trocadero square with the wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower, metro and bus stop is 5 minutes away, Good solution for a couple with small children, although as I said, we managed well,
