Great spacious house with a stunning view of the sea. Three bedrooms, pool, everything with air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen. In short, everything we needed for a nice stay in a quiet location between Nice and Monaco. Both cities are easily accessible by train. We didn't have a car with us, so we did everything on foot. A visit to the supermarket takes about two hours. First, walk to the station and then one more stop by train. The house does have a lot of stairs. You need to be in good shape.

We were here for almost a week. The house is fantastic, located on a slope and very spacious. They have a garage/basement that you can enter from the street at ground level. There is also a separate apartment with a bathroom and toilet. You can access the actual ground floor via a narrow staircase inside (or a wider staircase outside). There is a generous bathroom with a tub and shower including a toilet and two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a terrace with a great view of the sea. From the entrance area, you can go up a long staircase to the living kitchen where there is a large table and additional seating and a TV. There is a huge refrigerator with an ice maker and a terrace with an amazing view. Furthermore, you can go up an outside staircase to the rooftop terrace, where you have a fantastic panoramic view. The house is top-notch, the landlord is great, the caretaker has room for improvement, but you donâ€™t have much to do with him. The house has an ultra-fast fiber optic connection with measured speeds of 750 Mbit down and 500 Mbit up. The Wi-Fi is excellent on the ground and upper floors, there is still potential in the basement but maybe that has already been improved. The garage has space for bicycles and scooters, and a regular car fits in up to a height of about 1.70 meters. Our van with 2 meters did not fit, but there was a parking option right in front of the house. The pool is small but impressive; for our family, the size was completely sufficient, and we appreciated it very much. We had good communication with the owner, thank you Frits for entrusting us with your beautiful holiday villa.

Lovely location, spectacular view, and private pool. Parking is handy. Kitchen is well equipped. We would have loved this place but there was a terrible stink in the main bathroom. It smelled like a sewer, so much so that it made me gag at times. Seems to be a trap issue. The smell permeated the bedroom by floor (2nd). Such a shame and because of it I would not stay there again nor recommend it to friends. If that issue was fixed I would rate it Fantastic.

The "modern" villa was an old house. The view of the sea is fantastic, the house is large overall, with a clean pool, air conditioning in all rooms and in Eze it is only a 10-minute walk to the sea. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. Swollen work gaps in the bathroom and kitchen, dirty and clogged shower, a ground floor room that is actually a dark basement hole. Unfortunately not at all what was in the description. Complaints didn't help at all. Belvila pretends to be dead. An inquiry with the Amwalt revealed that complaints are being made against Belvilla more frequently. Now I understand why. Definitely the last booking on this portal for me.
