Good contact with owner. A contact person lives in the same building (very convenient).
Two separate appartements with common hallway (excellent for young family with children and grandparents).
The very clean and comfortable appartements (very high ceilings) are situated in a very nice building from 1898 with interesting history. Access to basement for bicycles.
We appreciated the very calm and rural neighborhood. A train stop is just 5 min on foot away (but no noise at all)! That was very convenient for trips to Freiberg, Annaberg-Buchholz or Chemnitz.
