Located in Cagli, in the beautiful Marche region, this is a cottage with 2 bedrooms for a small family of 6 people. The cottage has a shared swimming pool to relax after an exciting day. The porch is perfect for eating outdoors, with good privacy because it faces the hill, but it does not have a panoramic view.

The cottage rests on the border between Umbria and Le Marche, offering a relaxing holiday. The town centre with its grocery shops, restaurants and nightlife pubs is at a distance of 2 km. A short drive takes you to the sea and the beach, where you can swim, sunbathe, play sunbathing, playing and watching the sunsets. From here, the towns of Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi, Terra Perugia are easily accessible.

In the garden, you can enjoy a healthy breakfast and stay all day long. There is a shared oven and BBQ inside the garden. The children can entertain themselves in the playground or play table tennis. You can use the bicycles available (for renting in the various parts of the village) to explore the region. A pet is allowed for an additional charge.
