Wonderful authentic house in Périgord in which we stayed in July 2024 with 4 adults, 2 children and a doggie. The house has been completely renovated and decorated with great taste and care. It is functional and adapts perfectly to a family stay. Spacious, comfortable, and extremely well equipped, everyone could have their own living space. We never tired of contemplating the terrace and its large swimming pool, its stone walls which give a lot of charm and authenticity to the house, all exposed in a natural setting, a real invitation to rest, walks or idleness according to our desires. The owners are warm and really friendly. Big favorite for this house that we recommend with our eyes closed ... We will certainly come back! ; -)

We had a wonderful week in Prats-du-Perigord. Mme. And M. Constantin gave us a very warm welcome and explained everything very well. It was very helpful to have an overview of the markets in the region, which is a wonderful opportunity to get to know the small towns nearby. The house itself is a dream. There's a lot of space, the pool is wonderful. You can use many extras such as a table tennis table or a washing machine (with dryer). The village of Prats-du-Perigord is very quiet which was wonderful for us. The distance to the other houses is very large, so you have a lot of privacy. There is a nice restaurant a few kilometers further in besse (Le chien vert). We can recommend the house without reservation.

We were the second group to rent the house. Everything is finished to perfection. Excellent air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate and the spacious, clean swimming pool is wonderfully refreshing. The kitchen also meets all expectations. The environment is breathtakingly beautiful. You can completely relax in the middle of nature. The area is also very quiet, so you have to travel a few kilometers to find shops, bakery, butcher, but you are happy to include that. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. In short, a must!

Very friendly people. Excellent holiday villa in a quiet and green environment. Very well-kept interior and all luxury available. The large terrace with private pool and ping pong table were an extra asset. In the area made some trips and nice restaurants visited. With the weather we unfortunately had less success during our stay. The villa is definitely recommended.
