Lovely place, beautiful view, nice and private and a nice bed. Good place to relax and enjoy leisurely outings. Calandre (beach) is highly recommended and so is a day of reading a book on the roof terrace! To be repeated.

Belvilla by OYO was perfect for our vacation, The views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, We loved the proximity to both Ventimiglia and Monte Carlo, Will definitely consider returning!

The owner has received us very kindly, she told us what to do in the area. If you have any questions, you can app her, this is very easy. The cottage is for 5 adults because you live outdoors on the terrace. Kitchen is fine but no dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the house. The view from the terrace is beautiful, breakfasts with sea views! There is also a bbq on the terrace. The beds were good. The road to the house is very narrow, but it went well. The surroundings are beautiful, especially the places Menton, Nice and Monaco are a must for a day. The beach of Ventimiglia is a pebble beach, we found this the least beautiful beach. The finest beach is at Monaco, because it is a sandy beach. On all beaches you always have enough space to lay, it is never very full. In Ventimiglia there are many refugees, but they did not bother us.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner. The way to the accommodation, the last 5km were very adventurous. The road was narrow (almost one-lane passable), hardly evasiveness, when one arrived up, but one was rewarded by the beautiful view. The accommodation was very manageable. We liked to stay on the large terrace (4 persons), which was pleasantly shady. The accommodation was clean. We have used the washing machine several times. Everything was there for cooking. For excursions (Nice, Monaco with train, San Remo, ....) great location. Large market on Fridays in Ventimiglia. We have all been well there.

At first we thought the house was far from the sea with a difficult to take route up. This has also had no effect on a pleasant vacation we had. In the evening, beautiful views of the city and the sea in the distance. In Ventimiglia there are some refugees that do not cause any inconvenience. The house is the perfect base for visits to Aqua Dolce and many beautiful spots on the flower river as The beautiful towns on the Cote d 'Azure.

Wow after so 'n trip you will be surprised with so' n really great views. Every morning breakfast with the sun on the terrace and in the afternoon the welcome shade. As a result, the cottage was always nice and cool and we also delicious sleep, the beds are good thick mattress fairly new, nice shower and it's very nice to have a washing machine. We cooked a few times and all the basic things are present. We have put 2x filter coffee and tea when we put to Italian (3 jug present) that we have all holiday maintained because that was really better. The cottage is an excellent base from which to admire, such as Dolce Aqua, Pigna, Imperia, Menton, Nice, Monaco, the Ligurian Alps and much more. Many beautiful places in the area There is a huge market every Friday in Ventimiglia, this market come even buses from Marseille. The market is there all day and is highly recommended if you like markets. Furthermore, a small warning, you must have some experience driving in this area, scooters come you left, right, front and back past, what we are habituated, but sometimes it was quite exciting. The road to the cottage up sometimes quite exciting, you have the mountain

The region is top to complain about anything the cottage itself is also ok but the beds (mattresses) are worth nothing you can equally well on a bed full of rocks sleep feels just the same back pain neck pain and bruising of the springs that are almost protrude find for the price you paid or may present a decent bed and private parking if you call it private!?? quite high walking to the house is not recommended for families with children the region itself is completely top'll be there for years but never in such a house.

Area (Sanremo, Monaco, Menton) is great to see. The various mountain roads with fabulous views are a must. Sanremo did surprise us. What a huge art nouveau architecture, and almost everything is empty. The location of the resort is fine because it is situated slightly higher temperature is also good to maintain.

Nice apartment. Suitable for two people. Two bedrooms and a kitchen. Master bedroom is cool and fresh. Three split air conditioning units, not needed it. The narrow road from Ventimiglia to the house is easy to do, sometimes consultation. Homeowners are very nice and helpful. We were unlucky with the car and at the hands of the homeowner was suffering rapidly ago. Residents were even so kind to help. The dogs in the neighborhood make a lot of noise, falls' s night happy. Great holiday apartment in excellent and well equipped. The terrace is completely top, from "early morning sun, some shade of palm trees, overlooking the city and MiddenlandseZee and a wonderful climate. Breakfast in the morning, children playing with water, etc. The area has much to see, sea u200bu200bstate, and several small villages which are more than worth the effort. Roads are very narrow and twisty but other road users were remarkably courteous in traffic, no problem. House, and environment is a must!

Anything previously in the guestbook written is absolute application. The house is best suited for 2 people or a family with 2 young children. Do you want to immerse yourself once in real Italian life then this is a great place to stay. The mountain roads are very narrow, traffic in the coastal cities hectic.

A beautiful location with a sunny terrace to about 15. 00 hours (May) and a view of Ventimiglia and the Mediterranean zee.De house is neat, practical and very carefully and schoon.De Dutch speaking hostess (owner) is of type "perfect" and very helpful, but do during the stay with rust.De privacy gegarandeerd.De way to this beautiful location goes from the valley on a very narrow paved winding mountain road, so caution should worden.Op some places are mirrors for oncoming traffic signaling prematurely. But it is good to do and premises generally keep it in a friendly way mind, so eventually a sport! The area is sure to car rides along the coast with its small villages and associated harbors, which many types of vessels are small sailboats (especially Italy) to luxurious yachts (especially France). The French border town of Menton, the warmest of the entire Cote d 'Azur, located near Ventimiglia and is spacious and a great beach day for sunbathing and swimming. etc etc. Just nice time! Pros: * Beautiful terrace with privacy; * Very sweet and friendly landlords who are always ready to help you; * Lovely weather; * the cottage is very small but cozy and just fine. * In France, just just 15 minutes drive to the coast , the people are very friendly. * The owners have really good advice, take it to heart! Cons: * Day and night barking of several dogs; * The narrow way there you really have to get used to; * The people in the village are "definitely" unfriendly to as thereby we make the comparison with quite a number of countries and places where we have been; * Many suffer from vendors on the beach that sometimes you really remain difficult vallen.Tip! * Do not drive if you just got your driving license! Despite these drawbacks, we enjoyed our holiday that we particularly on the French South Coast have spent!

Very nice place to go! Especially in the winter! On the coast, enjoy the sun (even in winter so) And in the mountains an hour's drive you can winter sports (we had snow 1.5 M) Definitely recommended! Niels and Karen, Sam and Nick!

Signora Longo, the hostess, speaks fluent Dutch which was a pleasant surprise. The road to the house is narrow and steep but a good driver to do well. The house is fine, everything you need is there. We had ordered linen, kitchen towels included, neatly made beds upon arrival, delicious. Signora Longo had all area information filed on Ventimiglia, Monaco, Menton and much more. The terrace at the house is great and the view is beautiful. The area is really beautiful. A must for everyone.

Magnificent views from a large terrace overlooking the valley and the Mediterranean. This terrace is the living room: The room is very small, only really suitable as a hiding place. Nevertheless recommended. The road may deter go (but it is in practice it): the road is so narrow that only one oncoming vehicle can be passed in a few places. You can go to Dutch: the owner is a Dutch born in Italy.

A fantastic location with excellent views from the large sun terrace.
Ventimiglia is a welcoming attractive town in it's own right, and is idealy placed to visit
Nice, Monacco, Cannes, and also Nice's smaller neighbour Menton which is not to be missed.The Italian towns of San Remo Imperia and the surrounding mountain villages are all worth a visit to.
The accomodation is ideal for two to three people and the owner is very helpful and knowledgable about the local area.
I would not hessitate to return

We are from 9 to 23 June to Ventimiglia geweest.Het residence is very small, but tidy.The terrace makes up for it, which is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs + a ligbed.De road to the house is very tortuous and narrow but that many roads there.The view is beautiful and the landlords very vriendelijk.Ook the area around Ventimiglia's worth, mont carlo is dichtbij.De beaches consist of large pebbles and it is advisable to take. water shoes

Beautiful cottage, somewhat small but very well-kept, friendly host who speaks excellent English. The view is so pretty and the road to it is very narrow and yet two-way ... not so fine. Ventimiglia is ugly and busy, but for people who love beach and less of that culture does not matter again.
