Fantastic location and very nice apartment we really had a top vacation and our kids lovely pool and also a lot to see in the beautiful surroundings!

Arrival was not in order. We had to wait very long for a small house to get our key. At almost 36 degrees and no place to sit. We went to the toilet in the city and had something to eat. Upon returning we could connect back in the row. The cottage was fine. The shower cabin was not mold free, but not insurmountable for us. It would have been nice if there had been an air conditioning. Now it was - at an average of 36 degrees on the day - really too hot at night. Because of the many mosquitoes we could not air during the day and in the evening. The pool is excellent. Not too crowded and neat. The environment is beautiful.

Beds dramatically, despite repeated requests no solution for resolution. No ventilation in space. Apartment next to engine room (which makes a lot of noise in the night). Kitchen limited. Noise from above (not by users but by t building).

Nice pleasant stay. on top of a hill. behind the hill a beautiful waterval.Vriendelijk staff. nice pool. Beautiful garden. RustigEen minpuntjeDe owner who arranges things and speaks English and German, which has been there for half an hour once. Furthermore, only Italian staff.

Sea 15 minutes by car nice smaller towns and villages within easy driving distance. Sienna, Pisa, Florenze too close. Good base. 1 building with many apartments. All the apartments were occupied but it is quiet in the garden pool and terraces as many guests throughout the day on the road. Supermarket within 10 minutes. We had a downstairs apartment. 1 input, 1 window, therefore not very light, but nice and cool by thick walls. 1 large living room, we found ideal. Ground floor also useful.

Very pleasant stay with very large garden. Ideal to play without worry. Children in Too bad that the pool is so deep, less fun for the youngest and also some cleaner. For that price, definitely recommended!

We had a nice holiday in Tuscany. Simple but adequately equipped studio, friendly people, beautiful natural pool overlooks vineyards and the countryside. Just the job for us there were no shops (eg bakery) within walking distance, you need to Lidl for your purchases each time, but if it takes that ride 10min by car. The station of Cecina has large parking lots where you can park for free so you can go to eg Pisa or Florence by train at ease That train rides are however relatively expensive but compared to Belgium is actually not that bad. The holiday home is hard to find with the GPS, which sends you to a street in the neighborhood, but wijhebben phoned the owner and when we found it quickly. Wifi only outside but you do not need on holiday. The pool was dirty what the last few days but they have done everything to solve it. There Want to use the washing machine, please bring your own detergent along. We are very satisfied!

We were in an apartment on the ground floor of this large house where as "n 12 apartments are housed. A bit old style. Just apartment. Poor mattress on the bed. Bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Shower on the small side but provides sufficient water. Kitchen is not much and do not think a four course meal on the table magic. But you do not normally break .... pool and area around the house is very spacious. washer where you can use is taking a really long time and there is no manual or instruction. The wax dries just fine on the ample clothesline with clothespins. Unfortunately no WiFi on board. That I have just missed. Nice spot if you come for your rest, environment, culture in the neighborhood. Walking around is more difficult to find.

For the third time here, and once again we enjoyed this resort. This time we brought the dog. For animals this is heaven because there are long walks in the neighborhood, and certainly because Italians are very friendly dog. The strongest point in this place is its simplicity, the people who come have a separate holiday feeling, privacy is respected, and yet there is spontaneous contact.

Farmhouse in Montescudaio with Pool

Montescudaio is a medieval town from the 11th century on the first coastal hills that rise from the Cecina seashore. A little farther, at 3 km, you will find supermarkets for groceries and nightlife pubs. The town center of Cecina and the seabeach in Cecina are 5 km away. You may have unlimited fun and experience the streetscape here.
