We were in apartment Nerone nice, clean and new apartment with very generous garden and lots of privacy (best of the whole stay in my eyes). Washing machine (shared) available, which is very handy. Pool is spacious and also very clean. Reception of the warmest and in our house as the only WiFi range. After 2 weeks we had explored the area enough. Waking up with the sheep every morning was a lot of fun.

We had a lovely private garden in this apartment overlooking the surrounding valley. In spite of the temperature of 41 degrees, it was acceptable to cool inside. We slept well and had almost the heat of heat (even opening the shutters and doors and closing on sensible moments). In the garden it was heavenly. All amenities were provided in the apartment itself, the bed slept wonderfully and we had space in the living and bedroom. We were also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the wifi connection reached our apartment because our apartment was located right next to the common area. Useful if you want to put a picture of the cute cat who walks around the farm on Instagram! ) A few small remarks There is little cooking in the kitchen, keep in mind if you want to cook yourself extensively every day. The two points that made us initially so positive (sheep farm with fresh sheep cheese for sale + private lake nearby) were barely relevant There was nothing said about the sheep cheese and when we asked for the private lake that by now others had been dried up . Do not go too much on those two things. Additionally, our shower curtain was replaced and there were insufficient parasols at the pool given the number of guests.

Lake Trasimeno is something beyond 10 min mainly because you really up / winds down a trip to the island is recommended. The people are super friendly but only speak Italian, I had done a course and could get to practicing! That way, they found very nice. The beds could be better was here and feel. Spiral there Lots of space in and around the house and beautiful views all from the booklet of Umbria is beautiful and if you do not like so far is Cortona a beautiful city, but 20 to 30 min drive it is located just in Tuscany, was a tip of the nonna (grandma) It was too early in the year to swim but the pool looked great! From me they get a 9
