It was a beautiful house in a forest area, In the autumn it is dark inside and the beautiful light conservatory cannot be used because it is cold there, Everything you need is available in the house, as a welcome also a nice bottle of wine, The kitchen is a bit small, There are lovely beds in the house, The squirrels in the morning in the front yard are also very cozy,

Had a very nice holiday. Good reception, had a tour of the house. For the little one, the bed was set so that she could not fall out. Furthermore, very clean, and equipped with everything you name it, it is there, including four bicycles. Beautifully situated, lovely conservatory, every day squirrels come to get their nuts. Location - facilities - price ratio - everything was great! It was a very nice stay, the host was very nice, friendly and very personable. We felt very welcome from the moment we were greeted. The house is lovingly furnished and offers more than enough space with three bedrooms. Wonderful seating outside or, when the weather is a little cooler, in the great winter garden. You have everything you need, everything was spotlessly clean. The location is a great starting point for exploring the area. Whether on foot or by bike (for our purposes - bike tours) just perfect. We had 4 bicycles provided by the landlord for free use. We really enjoyed our time in the house and can recommend it without reservation. Our rating: Excellent !!! Thank you Heidi

The house is very idyllic and is well equipped. Everything has been thought of in order to be able to enjoy the stay to the maximum, even four bicycles were available. Everything is very well maintained and sparkling clean. You are right in nature and even the squirrels come for breakfast :-) The landlords are super friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!

Het is a fijne vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn hartelijk ontvangen door de Eigenaresse. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. In de directe omgeving zijn he enjoyed facilities for children. The adventure playground is open for a few minutes. Prima uitvalsbasis after larger plaatsen in de omgeving.

We felt very comfortable, the arrival was very easy. The house is very well equipped, the great winter garden makes it attractive even when it rains. It is very quiet in nature, the garden and the terrace are perfect for relaxing. Despite the quiet location, there are enough shops nearby. The area is great for cycling, no mountains or hills far and wide, little traffic. It is definitely the most beautiful house in the holiday area. Very nice owners.

Caretaker was very nice and punctual. The accommodation is great, especially the conservatory is light and spacious. Living room is a bit dark and the kitchen small. The area is green and rural.

We were kindly received by Marlén and were pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful property. The Boshuys is in the middle of the forest, so you can see many different birds every day. We also enjoyed the squirrels. Eddy the squirrel came every day to get doppean "s and walnuts. The kitchen is a bit small and therefore a little less practical but great for a holiday home. For small children it might not be so convenient to sleep in the" open "bedroom because they have some may be inconvenienced when people go downstairs to the toilet. Unfortunately we had quite a lot of rain during our vacation, but that is why we were extra happy with this house. And the Conservatory was completely nice, we sat here a lot. get wet when it rains:) In Uelsen and surroundings you will find: supermarkets, restaurants including Aspendos, Bronzeithof, Mini golf course ,, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, animal park Nordhorn, Emsflower (butterfly garden, playground, tropical garden) We would definitely go back to this beautiful place where you can relax.

A very cozy house. Very much enjoyed, despite the bad weather. In this house and this area that was no problem. Delicious sitting by the wood stove in the evening. Good beds too. Furthermore enjoyed the peace and the squirrels and birds around the house. Friendly welcome and there was even a bottle of wine for us in the fridge.

A friendly welcome with good explanation about everything in the house. A nice bottle of wine was ready in the fridge. In the house all comfort was present. The bed was good. The linen as well. The conservatory was lovely to stay, as well as the terrace. The green area invited to take walks and bike rides. We did not use the two pools, which were close by. For children there was a beautiful natural playground not too far away.In Uelsen we found three supermarkets. There are also bakers. We rented bikes from a bicycle dealer. And there are several catering establishments. All in all it was lovely to stay. And we will definitely come back!

We were welcomed by the hostess. Bottle of wine was ready and even the children were thought there were 2 fidgets spinners ready on the table. Just to change your mind about home sailing and sailing. Communication went well even when the internet was out. You leave idem dito. It makes it all personal. The attendant was very warm to sleep. Unfortunately, it was not a full bedroom because of the open connection with the staircase. Another lovely house with all comfort underfloor heating, great shower and a lovely conservatory with plenty of natural light (further down the bottom was very dark through the low-rise roof). A lovely week had!

Upon arrival there is a delicious bottle of wine ready in the fridge, house is great, only the kitchen is small, but big enough. The squirrels in the garden are a true spectacle. (Give them some doppinda s) and you'll see them run through the garden three times a day. Good welcome by the friendly owners.

Our holiday week spent everything we had hoped for! First, a very attractive location, both the house itself (very clean, spacious, equipped with every comfort with great mattresses and beautiful porch as vertices) and the environment (natural location with many walking and cycling, yet with all the food, drinking water, and shopping options in the immediate vicinity). Our two children aged 7 and 5 years from the first to the last minute amused. Not only in the garden of the house, also in the adventure playground in walking distance in the local pool, while hiking in the woods, and zoo and indoor playground in the nearby Nordhorn. A variety so your kids to a week to give the time of their lives, in all weersomstandigheden.Ook for ourselves as parents were enjoying every day of the rest of nature, each other and the joy of our kids. Congratulations to the owner, who has a cozy vacation spot of, receives its guests with open arms and strengthens your holiday spirit by his enthusiasm. We will definitely go back!

A really great house and very nice manager and landlord. I spent there with my adult children + partners + 1 grandchild 1 week. It's everything that you needed. Two bicycles complete the program. A bottle of wine as a WELCOME gift is also still present. The area is ideal for cyclists or for long walks. The large children's playground is nearby and very beautiful. We will be back. LG S. Winter

Pleasant reception. Min dotting the small kitchen and the overflow is considered as a third bedroom. Plus points by the beautiful bay much room downstairs. Comfortable chairs. The giant cozy fireplace and the bedrooms delightful bedden.Heerlijke quiet and beautiful surroundings. We had a nice holiday.
