Herrischried to many destinations in Switzerland, Austria and Italy, as well as around the local area. Below is a small map of the Herrischried and the local villages, towns and much more. The kitchen is spacious and fully fitted. It has large fridge / freezer, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine, stove with four hobs and the oven, and plenty of cupboards with more cutlery than one would need, as well as a dining table for four or even five people. The living room, which includes a bathroom as well as the double bedroom are a good size.The owners, middle age family, very friendly and very helpful people. One day in advance I was called by the owner of the apartment. They were not present on the day of arrival and the key was under the mat at the door. Arrived there, the apartment met our expectations. Exactly as we had booked. Beautiful beautiful kitchen, spacious living room, spacious bedroom and a beautiful balcony with beautiful views. The surrounding area is always beautiful in the Black Forest. Again, we can definitely recommend this apartment, you will really relax.

Herrischried is located in a beautiful area, rolling countryside with meadows and woods, where you can walk or cycle from the door, but also about half to an hour away. We were received very hospitably and the house is comfortable and practical, wonderful can sleep quietly. Often eaten on the balcony with a beautiful view. the accommodation was fantastic, spacious and very neat and clean. Fantastic how the linen went. you put the dirty laundry on the stairs and in the afternoon there was clean. The area was great, lots to see Schaffhausen is a must, but also Bad Sackingen.Al in all well worth a second time to go.

Good apartment. Friendly owner. A supermarket, bakery and butcher are located in village (10 minutes walk). 2 more restaurants. Who loves walking and rest is attracted to his / her own. Bowls are big and most comfortable.

We have great hit with the weather. Every day almost sun. Due to the central location, day trips to Freiburg, Basel, Feldburg, Solnau flowers Mainau, and the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen to do well. Also, for example Bad Säckingen and Waldshut-Tiengen are worth.

Nice holiday house visited by 2 adults and daughter of 17 jaar.Prachtige environment, our hostess even drove around with her car to show beautiful hiking trails. You feel right at home with these people. Superrr !!! Spacious bathroom and kitchen, in the living room an extra bed for 3rd person. Basically still room there for a 4th persoon.Grote towels. You can make free use of public transport here, possibly a day of fun for Basel in Switzerland (very expensive there) 30min by train. Walshut and Bad Sackingen and Todtmoos are also nice places to visit.

Delicious breakfast in the sun on the balcony, where until about 14:00 the sun shines. Using easy garden chairs in the garden is also available for when the sun is away from the balcony. Our two weeks have flown by. Friendly welcoming couple with children make it all the way to the sentence. Great spacious house, fully equipped. Beautiful, peaceful setting near the Swiss border. Beautiful hiking. Delicious eaten at the restaurant Knoblauchzehe in Herrischried, within walking distance (10 minutes). The new Greek restaurant Christopher, a little further is quite good. Beautiful trips made to Waldshut, Bad Säckingen with the old wooden bridge over the Rhine at Stein in Switzerland Steinen Bird Park, St. Blasien.
