VERY VERY noisy due to long-term tenants in the basement on several evenings, even when asked to do so around 11 p.m., the TV would NOT be turned down or the windows closed, the other evening there was a loud party in the adjoining apartment, here too, despite repeated requests, 10:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. 00 o'clock no peace made, IT DOESN'T WORK LIKE THIS!

Everything went absolutely smoothly, the studio is very nice and in a great location, everything is available, including a terrace and a beach chair with table and chairs, registration and handing over the keys was easy and Mr Niemann is very friendly, I would recommend the accommodation at any time,

My family and I were very satisfied. We were at the beach in 5 minutes by bike. The manager of this apartment house, Ursula Mr. Niemann, gave us lots of good tips regarding sights and good restaurants. We can only report good things and make positive recommendations.
