Cottage is in a quiet location, ideal for relaxing. The large garden offers great opportunities for fun and games for families with children. House is cozy, was ideal for us 11 people.

It was very easy to reach - parking right outside the door and right in the middle of the forest! Landlady welcomed us immediately friendly and open and showed us everything exactly. That she lived in one part of the house, neither disturbing nor really perceptible. The large garden with a part of forest was perfect for our fasting / light and herb hiking days. A very spacious, bright and friendly house with equally warm landlady in beautiful nature. Everything was perfect for us.

Easy access, key pickup uncomplicated, accommodation neat and completely zweckmäßig.Gute accessibility of the village and chairlift on foot, is important because the car takes longer, especially on a weekend in Braunlage everything tight.

The room layout is very good. The kitchen is also well equipped. The house is, however, very worn. Mattresses and sofas are sometimes very dirty and there is a smell in some bedrooms.

On arrival it smelled very musty in the house. Many surfaces had to be wiped off by us before use. The grill and the grill tongs were not cleaned. Fly screens would have been attached to the location in the forest, because the house contained various insects. For these reasons, the price-performance ratio was not right for us.

The house is very outdated, many things are broken or not clean. This is not a Bel Villa. Flooring in the bedrooms full of dirty stains, parquet floors are very worn and loose. Shower has dirty joints and moldy sealants. Dining table with circles and worn leaves. Radiators whose buttons are missing or don't work. Curtains and blinds too dreary to look at. Sofas with plaids over them to hide the stains on them. Wood stoves that cannot be used because there is no wood package for sale, which is included in the booking. A colorful collection of towels and bed linen, which should represent the linen package that we have booked with it. Beds whose mattresses are bad and dirty, and gigantic creaking with any form of movement. So ..... all in all, we have the feeling that we have ended up in a Student House instead of a Belvilla. Overall, it is a collected mess of furniture and utensils. This cannot and may not be rented out by Belvilla

The only positive first. The house is in a great location, quiet, but you can still get to town quickly. Other sights, such as the Wurmberg, ... are on the doorstep. The keys were handed over without any problems and the administrator was immediately available if there were any TV problems, but he couldn't help. We finally had to set the key for the TV on the roof ourselves.

The house itself is shabby and dirty, e.g.: mattresses, floors,... and some inventory broken, e.g.: doorknobs, stove, broken window pane (which was temporarily covered with adhesive tape)... The dust, dirt and crumbs are visible on many surfaces.

The shower on the upper floor has black mold joints... Even without looking closely, immediately visible.

The garden is a good size, but neglected and the fences are broken... they are just lying around. Danger for both children and animals from wire mesh and nails lying around.

The paper bin was already jam-packed upon arrival.

Garbage such as: paper, plastic hasn't been picked up for ages, and empty glasses are stacked in the shed, full garbage bags... totally stinks.

All in all we tried to make the best of it but it's not worth the money. It's a shame.

We got here on Saturday and were shocked. The facility is not only run down but also 50% broken. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. We couldn't use the oven at all because it was completely dirty. If we had spontaneously gotten another place to stay, we would have left immediately. For the price this accommodation is a disgrace. The only positive thing is the quiet location but not more.
