Our house near Willingen was perfect for our kind of holiday. We went out a lot in the afternoons with 4 friends. In the evenings we could enjoy the bbq and the place to make a campfire. The rooms and bathroom were minimalistic but nothing was missing. So just good. The host doesn't waste a lot of words on it. Short but sweet. Everything is possible and allowed. In short; recommended for a small holiday in the high Sauerland.

What a cute little house with a very nice host. Via navigation to find good, even in the dark. Kitchen is well equipped. Home is stoking warm. We skied from the cottage in Winterberg. The house is guarded by the sweet dog Sinta where my daughter has fallen in love.

Here is a holiday home, which you can rent. This home sits on a small hill, with a beautiful view in the valley. If you want to go into the house, first comes the vestibule with guest toilet, this toilet is not heated. In this floor there is a spacious shower (no WC) is with two sinks and a washing machine. The staircase is heated. About the rather steep wooden staircase leads to the first floor. There is the well-lit living room, which is well equipped. Stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, television, refrigerator and freezer are available. There is also a dining area for six people, this is a bit old but but fully functional. On the first floor there is a shower room with toilet but no sink. In the attic there are three bedrooms. A single room with sink, a walk-through bedroom with two single beds and a table and two stools. In the back bedroom has two single beds and a sink. The beds are simple but not uncomfortable. Storage space for clothes is enough available. Parking is available in front of the house. Behind the house there is a large lawn, with a fireplace and a small sandpit. Conclusion The house is very quiet and the floor plan / floor plan is typical construction period. For tall people, I recommend often, in the stairwell, retract the head. The old tube TV has powerful trouble receiving. The dog Owner is on the loose in the grounds. These must be said that the dog is a totally dear and friendly fellow. Nice peaceful location with a view across the valley and red squirrels in the garden. Nicely located for visiting various attractions in the area.
The living and dining area is an adequate size but the bedrooms are very small and would be more suited to a double room and a single.
Drain on the sink in the twin bedroom very noisy when anyone did anything with any of the other facilities in the house.

Short tour by owner on arrival, cottage was in reasonable condition. Some lamps were broken and these were immediately replaced by the owner when we reported that. The view from the front of the cottage is very beautiful. Too bad that this view from the kitchen window at the front is partially prevented by branches. The play equipment was no longer in the garden. Nothing was known about that and a disappointment for the children. A nice and sweet dog was walking around. Not bothered by the beast, came by now and then for a pat on his head. It was also asked in advance if we were sorry that the dog was walking there. For us that was no problem (even had a dog for years). The yellow click was missing and reported to the owner. After that I heard nothing unfortunately. So put the plastic in the shed. Environment is also beautiful. Korbach and Willingen are nice places to visit. Furthermore, there is a free game park and cave (an entrance fee for this) within an hour's drive in Warstein and also fun to do with the children is the Kyrill Pfad in Schmallenberg. All in all we had a nice holiday.

Beautiful nature and beautiful view. Near forests.General rating: 7Plus: - Nice location, nice view.- Forests near.- Comfortable room, spaciously equipped kitchen.- Spacious bathroom- You get a sweet dog for free.Min: - Bedrooms are small and below roof. Problem with great heat.- In the bathroom are missing hooks and shelves for your stuff.- A number of lamps did not work.- Owner / manager? practically absent.- No instruction list and list of emergency numbers present- Collection of waste unknown.- It is forgiven for the ticks, even in the garden!

On arrival tour of 3 minutes through the house, before we could ask a question was the owner already left. House is cozy, cheaply furnished, beds a box of hardboard shelves, but slept wonderfully. Large bathroom downstairs is easy. Nice big garden with squirrel family, sweet (outdoor) dog who wants to be petted all day long. It's all basic, but hey, we came for the snow! From home you walk into the forest, just no idea where you end up. Hour walked back and forth an hour back along the same route. No information in the cottage present on hiking trails or outings.

It's not a Belvilla as in advertising 's Belvilla, Home is somewhat dated, and the stray dog schooierde every time we were out to eat. The dog was, however lief.De price / quality ratio was good, 3 of the five beds were bad. Room was nicely decorated and well hot krijgen.Voor a winter it was a great location about 20 to 25 minutes from the ski slopes.

The surroundings are beautiful, nicely detached, however the maintenance of the house could be better… Almost all the door handles were loose… The beds creaked a lot and the barrel that provides the heat for the water was stuck all the time, which meant that the water did not get hot, luckily my husband is quite handy and he kept unscrewing it himself so that we could have a warm shower, but it could be better maintained…
The bench with the table in the garden also needs replacing, quite rotten… The shutters on the house will also soon fall off from the rotten wood…
Here and there some things were missing that you really need when you stay there for 2 weeks…
The duvet of one of the beds had not been washed when we arrived and was just stinking, so we washed it ourselves…
In terms of coziness and space it was good, large garden, so we sat outside a lot, completely detached and you are not bothered by the neighbors where the key can be picked up… You are really on your own… Wonderful!
The squirrel that came to get its peanuts every morning was entertaining to watch, also the cows that grazed next to the house every afternoon were fun for our daughter to see… The footpath that leads up to the various walking routes and view over the village is beautiful!
Despite the fact that the house needs some attention, the maintenance and cleaning could be better, we had a great time!

Environment is beautiful. Location is a very good base. On arrival they handed over the key, showed the bathroom, toilet and kitchen and immediately left. No welcome, no info, no friendliness. Overall, the accommodation received an unsatisfactory rating from us. Very outdated with a fresh smell in several rooms. Also several flaws: downstairs toilet leaks when flushing, shower leaks, refrigerator freezes all contents (thermostat seems defective), bedroom siphon makes noise with every use of water in the house, beds are old trays with bad mattress, no curtains in the bedrooms , garden is unkempt.

We enjoyed the location of the house. It is a beautiful and quiet place with beautiful views. Less fine we thought the dog was always present and my husband on his hand when he wanted to prevent food was snatched from our table. Not hard but scared.

4 \/ March 7, we had a lovely long weekend at home Martin. With great snow we have two days of skiing in Willingen and 2 days in Winterberg. It's a great house, only if you have to spend long hours inside, it is a bit on the small side and the living room not so cozy.

The cottage was disappointing. It is very dated, no curtains and appears to be tracked with little love. In the garden were dog turds from the dog owner / neighbors. On arrival we were not warmly received. Luckily we had great weather, so the holiday was still successful. There are three beautiful lakes in half an hour. The fireplace has brought us beautiful evenings.

A nice quiet place in a reasonably clean house. That was all fine. However, communication with owner was difficult and there was a nice dog. However, there was if you had no sense. Owners were nowhere in sight. If you're afraid this is for dogs something to be reckoned with.

Cottage in a beautiful location with fantastic views. However, all dated. TV does not Ned.tallige channels, radio with cassette player, etc. Owner lives next door but did not approach. Dog owner runs regularly around the house making youngest child did not dare go out. Cottage stands in place where nothing much happens. Reason for us to leave home earlier. TIP Take CASH or credit card because you can almost nowhere pins.

We really only used the house as a place to sleep. On the outside was a paint brush superfluous. Inside it was clean, but dated. What, moreover, did not bother us. The beds were mediocre to poor. Only the dog came occasionally stop by. No problem. Further nice and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary equipment and toebehoren.Gezien bad mattresses we do not find the quality / price ratio in line. During the holidays you have to adapt, but a good night's sleep you need each day.

We have four adults had a nice stay in Martin's house in Oberschledorn. Only One drawback we felt we had to go through one bedroom to a second bedroom. And if you are five people it is annoying that a missing sink in the shower. The address is Medebach but that place is 8 km away. In Oberschledorn is only a small shop with bread and a fine restaurant Lindenhof. Here we had a delicious dinner. Medebach are nice walks. Frankenberg is a beautiful city.
