Very nice and well-kept complex with lots of play opportunities for children. Very quiet location and a great pool for cooling off on hot days or after strenuous hikes.
The apartment is functionally furnished, but the bathroom/toilet could do with a renovation.
It is also very noisy when someone is walking in the apartment above.

It was to have everything exactly the way we imagined it to be and expect. The house is a rustic gem with plenty of space and tranquility (if no neighbors on the first floor because the planks give leieder each step), in the countryside with fantastic views of the Alps. Both in, and around the house there is massive plenty of space to relax, play and run. The Vernieter are very nice and help with every detail. They also have many tips for things to do. The motorway is only 500 meters far (but you do not hear it), alos perfect Anbiendung to Rosenheim, Munich and Salzburg. But also in the Chiemgau there is plenty to do, even if this is only a stroll along the lake. Cycling can also be, there are 15 bicycles. Even in bad weather can be what companies: Exter-house, Herrenchiemsee, Castle Hohenaschau, Mamut Museum victory village. Moreover, it is only a short hop to Austria with the Emperor and the mountains Walchsee. So recommend a resort to again and again.

Our holiday in the Chiemsee region would have been really nice if the disappointment would not outweighs the "old farmhouse". It turned out to be a rear building, (rangebaut was facing the street a beautiful new house), which was rebuilt 15 years ago. 4 stars ?????????? The hosts were very friendly, but it made the overall impression is not nice. Lying, on the one could not lie and wanted, because the whole reference was zerschliessen, a beautiful pavilion in which the benches (without conditions, were also not present) not without a spreading were usable, the wooden floor with broken boards and protruding screws as the Stolperfallen.Alles was very unfortunate and would actually be remedied in our eyes. As I said in the beginning of the Chiemsee is always worth a visit and also the magnificent mountains as we are accessing the Hochplattenbahn for a flat countries. Visitors to the area again and again., Only not in such a shabby house
