It is a fantastic place on a beautiful river from which you can enjoy a lovely walk. The house is large and equipped with all necessary furniture and sanitary facilities. Every year we go away with the whole family for a weekend. And there is also enough space for small children to play. The large terrace is also a wonderful place to sit outside by the water. The villages in the area are definitely worth a visit. A lovely house to return to again with a very helpful landlord.

Everyone in the family loved the house and the location great. It must urgently someone to go along to get some repairs to be carried out (here a bulb broken, there is a door that does not close and a lot of curtains do not hang correctly) if you're paying for accommodation then must be perfect! We liked also the excuse (you should have called) the person who arranged everything with us not appropriate.

We had a fantastic time at the Quaint Holiday Home in Maboge! The space was perfect for our large group, The sauna and bubble bath were great for unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful Ardennes, Plus, the nearby Feudal Castle is a must-visit!

Great house for large groups. Equipped kitchen. Nice rooms. Large living area. Only disadvantage: WiFi does not work. This is a real problem if you know that you have no other reception in that village.

The house offers more than enough space for a large group of children. Because there are several large spaces, there is plenty of room for the children to play without it becoming too busy. The house is neat with a very large kitchen. The interior is still original and could use some updating here and there. The outdoor space at the house is limited to the (spacious) terrace. There is a playground on the other side of the river.

Friendly welcome and detailed tour, beautiful location on the banks of the Ourthe pity that there is still the advertising of hotel / brasserie hangs, this ensured unannounced guests on the terrace and in the hall!

We are very well received by the responsible lady on duty who has shown us around the big house. The accommodation is somewhat outdated but this was not a problem for us, everything worked well with the exception of some lamps that did not burn, we would very much prize someone had to go around to check what does not work and repair this or replace broken lamps.

Beautiful location, on the Ourthe. Considerable maintenance backlog. You can see from everything that no investment has been made (no outdoor play equipment, green deposits, concrete terrace (of the former café), broken chairs, half-functioning gas burners, leaking tap, etc.) We had beautiful weather, spent a lot of time outside and therefore had a wonderful time. Too bad it hasn't been renovated (yet). Then it would be a fantastic location!

Nice location, cozy house but very outdated with many defects. Single glazing and all heating systems are turned off until just before the arrival of the tenants, so that it is very cold and all heating costs fall on the tenants (works with conteurs). It takes almost two days before it is warm, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Wood stove does not work, at the fireplace you sometimes have a backlash so that the whole room is covered in smoke. Gas fire and oven do not work properly either. Sauna works well. Plenty of space in the kitchen too.

The owners are very friendly and willing. The house is big enough for 25 people. Too bad it wasn't quite right. The BBQ did not work, the kitchen and utensils were not optimal and not clean. The chairs are worn, the mattresses sagging. Really a shame because we would come back for the location and the house itself, but then it urgently needs to be renovated. i hope the owners do this for sure as it is future gem there.

this was one of the least houses we've stayed in. Seats in the living room where legs were broken and which were supported with bricks. Lots of loose door handles and mold in some bathrooms. No wifi or range in the huis.de kitchen also left the wish. Dirty oven "s, pans that are no longer usable. The curtains in the living room that could not close, so the people who passed could look inside the house. Sauna that was not usable because of an irritating odor in. The billiard table that is completely unusable is. Do I still have to continue??? There is a lot of refurbishment work to be done on the house.
